It was away from Central Cambridge,but there was a FREE curtesy bus which gave a scenic view of Cambridge Hotel & Room was Comfortable and Modern,had everything i needed. NICE Cambridgr

The room temperature was set very low, and it wasn’t possible to change it. After spending 4–5 hours in a cold room, the staff brought an electric heater.

Modern property with a choice of an adjacent bus service or 40 minute walk to Cambridge centre. It is set next to the newer parts of the university campus. The staff were very friendly. The toilet paper was not great quality. I bet none of Hyatt's buyers would have it in their homes!

Fabulous hotel! Very cheeky of the hotel charging £15 for parking though when we could stay free on the road as we later found out or get 15 hours at sainsburys for just 0.49p! Felt that was very disingenuous of them.

Whilst the hotel is a couple of miles from the city centre, the bus service was very good & right outside - the free voucher was much appreciated. Only suggestion would be better coffee in the room, either a nespresso machine (or similar) or even just coffee bags.

Lovely staff, very modern and stylish hotel. Close to the city centre with buses and taxis regularly available. Room was gorgeous and very clean.

We stayed here whilst visitong our daughter. The room was exceptional value for money, clean and well equipped. We will stay here again!

Very good overall

This is one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in. The staff were very professional and very friendly - there is a lovely relaxed vibe about the place. Our room was ready when we arrived and an early complimentary check is was offered - we really appreciate this and it was lovely start to our stay. The hotel was easy to find - well organised parking arrangements, we pre booked a space. We had a deluxe room with courtyard view. This is one of the most spacious hotel rooms we have ever stayed in. The room was well organised and designed. - mini fridge, tea and coffee, ironing board, fluffy towels, and toiletries. The pizzas available to order from the rooftop Terrace are an absolute must. One of the nicest pizzas I have ever had! The options for food and drink at this hotel suit every budget. There’s the option of dining in the restaurant for breakfast or grabbing a lighter bite at the café. The rooftop terrace is also a lovely place to enjoy your drink.Our visit was in February so although it was a little chilly, it was still a pleasant visit. There are blankets and electric heaters. We had a lovely nights sleep, the super king bed was perfectly comfortable! The hotel was very quiet. We were not disturbed by slamming hotel doors or noise from outside. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be returning.

TLDR: Absolutely brilliant value for money but watch out for the parking. PROS: - Room is literally exactly like in the photo, clean, comfortable, tea, coffee, shampoo, chilled bottled water, conditioner, body wash etc provided which we didn't expect. - Hotel has a 24 hour desk with extremely helpful and warm staff. - Hotel has monthly events and things going on, great ambiance. - Midday check out felt like a luxury, then you could come down to the lovely cafe and work there or stay as long as you like. - Right by a few great restaurants, a Sainsbury's. - Would definitely come back and recommend. CONS - No free parking! Surprising for a hotel which isn't in the city center. We left our car in the end but I think it was £20 per day. - Outside of the complex with the hotel, restaurants, supermarket etc, I don't know if there's much in Eddington, it's not a walkable distance to Cambridge, so not a brilliant location for Cambridge itself in that sense if you're doing things in the city in the day. We chose it because of the price and assumed the distance from town meant we could park. Overall 5*!

The hotel itself is very impressive and staff are top class but one of the worst nights sleep I’ve had in a hotel. I assume it’s because I was put close to a lift which was supposed to be an upgrade but felt like the bed was shaking all night and room noisy. Very disappointing as it’s otherwise an excellent facility but this ruined it

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hyatt centric hotel The hotel was a great location, the reception kindly gave us a return bus ticket which was very useful. The only thing we found was the bed had a few hairs in it and the mattress cover had a small blood stain on. Great hot shower and plenty of towels. There was also 2 bottles of water and some milk in the fridge along with supplies to make tea and coffee aplenty. The parking is limited and we’d recommend pre booking this, limited parking is available out front but max 4 hour stay doesn’t help when staying over We had to park in the Madingley road park and ride which was a 5 minute walk away. We would stay here again
