great location, my son is in uni halls greetham street, Portsmnouth can be tricky to park, and is in walking distance for the shops, there is onsite parking, only 2 small disabled bays, but managed to park both nights

I stayed in a double room with a double bed (SweetRoom), single occupancy. The room was nice, clean and had everything I needed. I will say though that the space was very tight, including the bathroom with toilet and shower. It was alright for one person. Staff at reception were friendly. The bar area looked nice but the restaurant was closed as there were no cooks. That wasn't an issue, as the location is great and within easy walking distance to several eateries. The walk to the Historic Dockyard isn't particularly nice (along a busy road), but it only takes about 15 minutes.

Nightclub across the street loud music, ineffective double glazing windows. Got to sleep at 3am.

The room was clean, really nice surprise with the balloons! We ordered pizza in the bar for dinner, however it was a Chicago town pizza! Extremely disappointed doesn’t even cut it!!

Great location for where i wanted to visit in the city centre

One of the coldest nights of the year. We needed supplementary heating in the bathroom. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Perfect for a one night stay.

We love a stay here but being woken by house keeping at 830 was not fun! I get they clean the rooms but if you don’t have to be out of the room till 12 - 830 is early to be banging on our door.

Would be 5 stars if you had fried eggs

Excellent room always stay when having to visit uni.

Vriendelijk personeel, fijn dat mijn dialyse dozen er mogen blijven staan tot volgende vakantie!! Kamer was schoon, voldeed aan de verwachtingen (derde keer bij IBIS Portsmouth city centre).

Great hotel, room was nice and clean, check in staff really friendly, breakfast was lovely, would definitely stay here again.
