No complaints. It's an Ibis so you know what to expect, but the bed is comfy, the location was convenient, and the room clean. My only comments were we had issues with some TV channels, but it was the morning when checking out, so not a big deal. However, it would have been nice for the bar to be open to maybe midnight, or a little later, so when you get back, the option is open if you fancy another drink.

The hotel was good for overnight stay, before catching the ferry. Only a short 5 min drive to ferry terminal. The hotel appears to have a nice size lounge area, although we didn't use it. Breakfast was good, with plenty of variety. The bedroom was adequate, but the en-suite was rather small and bigger people would struggle. The entrance to the car park could be better sign posted.

The room was clean and tidy although it was very small with hardly any storage space. It was adequate for a two night stay. It had a small radiator which didn't really warm up the room. The bed was comfortable enough but the shower room was again very small. The bar area was very nicely decorated for Christmas and it was spacious and a nice area to relax. The drinks prices were fair. The staff were pleasant.

Receptionist Madeline was very friendly and welcoming and the whole stay was perfect. The meal last night was very good. Will definitely return as soon as we can.

Absolutely freezing room, the hotel was fair, food was terrible but the rooms were below legal temperature of a hotel business. When i say freezing i mean frozen, normally im always hot i even always have a fan to keep me cool but this hotel was absolutely terrible. Would never stay there again as i ended up with an chest infection.

For me the staff were excellent and made my stay very welcome, assisted me with check in when I made an error, being friendly and open just made the stay very good. My only concern is the lack of available parking, difficult to judge if you park, pay for the stay but then leave to visit the area only to return and find no available spots, allowance should be made to prevent this from happening.

The room was small & the bathroom tiny, approx 1.5m x 700mm. Sat on the toilet & my head was about 6 inches away from the wall. Not enough room to bend over & only 1 person could be in there at a time. I've stayed in ibis budget hotels that had bigger rooms. Otherwise the location was great for the town centre & gunwharf keys.
