翌日朝からユーロスターに乗る予定だったので、直通のメトロの駅が近くてよかったです。隣の通りにパブやファストフード、スーパーなどがいくつかあり、食事にも困りませんでした。泊まった部屋は、建物自体は古かったですがちゃんと清掃されている感じで綺麗でした。ヒーターで部屋があったかかなっていて暑いくらいだったので、寒さの心配はないと思います。😂

The staff were politely and kind.However the apartments maintenance was not good.When I checked in the 1st day, the room was so bad.There were not air conditioner,fan,heater and the room was so humid and smells bad.Air conditioners inside was so dirty.Also the windows were broken and the locks were broken and one of the bathroom light was out.It was so bad and I told this case to the staff next day in the morning and they arranged my room to other room.2nd room was better than 1st one, but one of the dining chairs leg was broken (no screw).Maintenance need improve.

Good location close to tube station and local shops. You have to pick up your access/room keycard from the hotel reception across the road. The reception was lovely so I had high expectations but unfortunately the apartment was very poor. (1) the entrance doorway, stairs and landing were very dirty and carpets stained everywhere. (2) There was a smell of smoke in the corridor outside my room - not the owner's fault, but they should enforce no smoking in apartment rooms (3) The u-bend at the bottom of the toilet bowl in my bathroom was filthy (4) The fridge door seal area was unclean (5) A poor TV signal in my room made watching TV impossible, and wires were dangling untidily below the set (6) The iron's water filling hole cover was missing so water spilled over my shirt when ironing (7) The ironing board cover was dirty and put a brown stain on my clean shirt (8) The ironing board could not be put down after I put it up as the lever was faulty (9) The clock on the mirror in the bathroom had the wrong time and there was no way to change it. (10) The shower thermostatic control unit was damaged such that the water temperature dial didn't stop at a safe temperature (I almost scolded myself). It's disappointing as my first impression when checking into reception was good. After my stay the hotel said they plan a refurbishment of the carpets and rooms in the apartment block, but for the price I paid it was poor value for money, very tatty and not clean enough.

We stayed him 11/9 to 30/9/25 We must say overall we were a litter disappointed with our stay here . Kitchen had very few utensils for cooking . Also having to remind them to clean when they should have a schedule seems odd .also hot shower is a treat as it rins hot and cold constantly

The place isn't what it looks at the pictures, its very dirty, small, everything is broken. I had to sleep on the floor because the bed is broken, and i have a horrible backache that i can't enjoy anything. The reception is very nice and very helpful when i called, but nothing they can do. I feel so unhappy because i couldn't enjoy my week here. I just waisted my money and time here. I just came to hurt my back. I blame myself for not reading the reviews before i booked before all the reviews are terrible.

A little confusing for check in but the place was nice and really like the mini kitchen.

The apartment was equipped with everything we needed. But it is in need of a bit of TLC both in terms of cleanliness and things that need repairing or replacing. Apartment in a great location, with plenty of places to eat and drink. Also close to plenty of attractions and good transport links

Det var et meget lille værelse og meget klemt. Alt var meget slidt og ikke rent. Det lå tilgengæld fantastisk i forhold til indkøb og handlemuligheder og underground. Men forvent ikke noget lækkert. Man har ikke lyst til at opholde sig på værelset udover for at sove.

Melhor que minhas expectativas após ler algumas avaliações negativas. O apartamento de 1 quarto e uma sala para quatro tem uma boa mesa redonda com cadeiras bonitas e confortáveis. Os colchões são ótimos. As toalhas são finas e ásperas, podendo melhorá-las. Tem uma mini cozinha com o básico, boa geladeira e uma grande flat tv. O banheiro é pequeno mas bem distribuído e a ducha é boa e forte. Esses dias que estive lá fez muito calor mas tinham 3 ventiladores e um split (ar condicionado desligado ou quebrado).

Terrible quality accommodatiom. Flies everywhere, dirty, poor quality and condition flooring that needed to be replaced, and a steep staircase to get to the room on the fourth floor without a lift. Poor quality bed, matttess and bedding. No air conditioning. Not clear at the time of booking that a largr deposit is to be taken when you check in - they hold this for up to a week after your check out as well, which isn’t ideal.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet établissement et tout s’était bien passé. Cette fois-ci le check-in a été très compliqué car nous avons eu des difficultés pour régler notre séjour en raison de règles de sécurité excessives. En effet, le système exigeait une confirmation de ma banque (société générale) un dimanche !!!! Impossible donc de valider le paiement par CB, ni de retirer un montant aussi important en cash. Idem pour une autre CB. Heureusement une 3eme CB a fonctionné. Ce problème ne m’est jamais arrivé à l’étranger, même pour des montants bien plus importants ! Je n’ose pas imaginer ce qu’il se serait passé si nous n’avions pas pu effectuer le paiement … Nous aurions pu nous retrouver sans hébergement ?

Rummet var i minsta laget. Var en säng i köket. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte så det var bastu på rummet. Fick sova med fönstret öppet och det fanns en fläkt men hjälpte inte mycket. Sov mycket dåligt dessa dagar pga av värmen och oljudet utifrån.

Fint rom, og enkel kommunikasjon. kaldt på rommet ved ankomst og ikke veldig rent på badet. Ellers fint.
