Vi bodde på 4:e våningen. Hissen gick till 3:e. Man fick bara en handduk. Ingen för händerna. Handduschen var trasig. Svårt att reglera vattentemparaturen i duschen. Tv i köket istället för sovrummet. Hade önskat ha den i sovrummet. En liten obekväm soffa mittemot tvn i köket så där satt man inte mycket och tittade på tv.
Nära till Bayswater, Kensington Gardens och bussar. Annars ett trevligt område.

- Chủ nhà cho biết có máy báo khói tại nơi lưu trú
- Hệ thống an toàn tại nơi lưu trú gồm bình cứu hỏa
- Nơi lưu trú này sử dụng dịch vụ dọn vệ sinh chuyên nghiệp

Melhor que minhas expectativas após ler algumas avaliações negativas. O apartamento de 1 quarto e uma sala para quatro tem uma boa mesa redonda com cadeiras bonitas e confortáveis. Os colchões são ótimos. As toalhas são finas e ásperas, podendo melhorá-las. Tem uma mini cozinha com o básico, boa geladeira e uma grande flat tv. O banheiro é pequeno mas bem distribuído e a ducha é boa e forte. Esses dias que estive lá fez muito calor mas tinham 3 ventiladores e um split (ar condicionado desligado ou quebrado).

Terrible quality accommodatiom.
Flies everywhere, dirty, poor quality and condition flooring that needed to be replaced, and a steep staircase to get to the room on the fourth floor without a lift. Poor quality bed, matttess and bedding. No air conditioning.
Not clear at the time of booking that a largr deposit is to be taken when you check in - they hold this for up to a week after your check out as well, which isn’t ideal.

Nous avions déjà séjourné dans cet établissement et tout s’était bien passé. Cette fois-ci le check-in a été très compliqué car nous avons eu des difficultés pour régler notre séjour en raison de règles de sécurité excessives. En effet, le système exigeait une confirmation de ma banque (société générale) un dimanche !!!! Impossible donc de valider le paiement par CB, ni de retirer un montant aussi important en cash. Idem pour une autre CB. Heureusement une 3eme CB a fonctionné. Ce problème ne m’est jamais arrivé à l’étranger, même pour des montants bien plus importants ! Je n’ose pas imaginer ce qu’il se serait passé si nous n’avions pas pu effectuer le paiement … Nous aurions pu nous retrouver sans hébergement ?

Rummet var i minsta laget. Var en säng i köket. Luftkonditioneringen fungerade inte så det var bastu på rummet. Fick sova med fönstret öppet och det fanns en fläkt men hjälpte inte mycket. Sov mycket dåligt dessa dagar pga av värmen och oljudet utifrån.

Die Toilette war so das man kein Toilettenpapier reinwerfen sollte, die Heizung ging nur auf Stufe 5 wenn man kälter machte war Sie ganz aus und somit war die Temperatur immer auf Maximum, im Bad gin die Abluft nicht was dazu führte das beim Duschen überall Wasser runter tropfelte. Waren in diesem Hotel das dritte mal leider lässt die Qualität der Einrichtung nach.

Værelset var ret slidt og madrassen havde set sine bedste dage. Sengen knirkede når man bevægede sig det mindste. Der en løsgående hane udenfor, som gerne ville vække os om morgenen. Den sov heldigvis længe de fleste dage. Det hele gik fint og personalet var flinke. Det kan dog ikke kaldes mere end middelmådigt.
Området er virkelig fint og rigtig god offentlig transport.

Reception is located 200 m. from the rooms building, had to go onward and back to reception. Although is was a 2 room apartment, bed was described as "double" but was far from that, maybe a bed and a half, very non comfortable for 2 person. Bathroom+shower was like a prison room, VERY tiny, shower hardly contain one person and I am thin.. Overall, poor room, very basic, nothing to tell home about. would not come back.

翌日朝からユーロスターに乗る予定だったので、直通のメトロの駅が近くてよかったです。隣の通りにパブやファストフード、スーパーなどがいくつかあり、食事にも困りませんでした。泊まった部屋は、建物自体は古かったですがちゃんと清掃されている感じで綺麗でした。ヒーターで部屋があったかかなっていて暑いくらいだったので、寒さの心配はないと思います。😂

The room is tiny wrt the pictures - but, I guess its yhe price of a central londonf stay. It is perfect if youre travelling light, i had two suitcases, so, prwtty much had to open one at a time to get things out. The closet in the room is a half depth afterthought, even shirts only go at an angle. The fridge, microwave, electric kettle abd toaster are good. the location is 3 minutes walk from Bayswater, and 5 mins from the Queensway tubestations.
There are rooms in the basement، where I dont believe there is elevator access, so some stairs would be involved. I was assigned one in the basement, but I explained I have a bad knee and would be doffoucult to manage with my luggage, was given a room on the 3rd floor then, still you ned to climb about 5 steps after getting off thr elevator.
All in all, not a bad stay, just the room size, is quite small. Nearby shopping incmudes Tesco, sainsbury and M&S Metro/expres stores. KFC and Taza Shawarma (both halal) nearby - Taza was barely average)

The fridge, microwave, electric kettle abd toaster are good. the location is 3 minutes walk from Bayswater, and 5 mins from the Queensway tubestations.
There are rooms in the basement، where I dont believe there is elevator access, so some stairs would be involved. I was assigned one in the basement, but I explained I have a bad knee and would be doffoucult to manage with my luggage, was given a room on the 3rd floor then, still you ned to climb about 5 steps after getting off thr elevator.
All in all, not a bad stay, just the room size, is quite small. Nearby shopping incmudes Tesco, sainsbury and M&S Metro/expres stores. KFC and Taza Shawarma (both halal) nearby - Taza was barely average)

The reception team were helpful and responsive. The location is great, near Kensington Gardens, two tube stations and a wide range of shops, cafés and restaurants.
