Staff were all lovely, room was clean and spacious with the added bonus of the hot tub which was fab. Spa was great, not too busy in pool, nice low lighting, jacuzzi/steam and sauna area with cold plunge pool were nice, plenty of seating.

Spa is excellent, always clean, open throughout the day which is perfect. We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was a lovely touch, the hot tubs on the balcony are perfect. One of our favourite if not favourite places to stay In Bowness/windermere area because of the hot tubs.

Stayed in one of the apartments. Was huge, well equipped, clean and excellent location. The hotel staff can not do enough for you. Spa is brilliant, all facilities excellent, and 10/10 breakfast. Love the txting service where you can txt reception if you need anything. Apartments are directly above the pub which is great. Only 1 issue, wish we stayed longer. Will be back for sure x

Gorgeous rooms, would say the only downside is there’s no mini fridge to keep water chilled but that’s just being very picky The luxury and vibe and comfort is unmatched for me. Favourite place to stay

Some lovely touches, prosecco upon arrival, beautiful lounges etc. The location was excellent and the staff were very accommodating. The breakfasts were only average. A buffet style and the hot food was tepid at best, not what I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Our bathroom was very basic with cracked tiles and a shower door that leaked. No fridge in the room which was odd. Overall a good stay but surprisingly overlooked some of the basics.
