Second stay at this hotel. It's extremely comfortable & has a really nice vibe. Love the location, the terrace bar, cosy pub & spa. But it's the friendliness of the staff that really stands out, making it feel like a swanky home from home.

The staff where lovely friendly and informative. Was nice to be greeted at the car park and tour of hotel. Breakfast was of good quality. Room let us down . Booked through 3rd party was advertised as double room with bathroom containing shower we got shower over bath

Spa facilities are excellent. Room was mostly clean but bland, magnolia is the order of the day. The massage price list on the room wall was tacky. The emails prior to arrival to with massage prices also tacky. A good hotel but not a great hotel, too many of the little details not right. Then being charged £12 per day parking because we didn’t book directly, that was the icing on the cake for not coming back. Silly business decision.

Fantastic hotel room and spa facilities
Slight marks on a couple of walls in the hotel room and a faint iron burn stain on the carpet the only qualms we had
On a whole great hotel, hot tub is amazing and the restaurant Mizumi was something else.
2nd time myself and my partner have stayed in the hotel, used the spa facilities and eaten at Mizumi restaurant

Room was very clean and luxurious! Hot tub was lovely! The spa was amazing! We really enjoyed our stay. The only downfall was the charge for parking as we weren’t aware there was a cost, the amount was taken from my card and I was given a receipt at checkout but would have been nice to be aware of the charge before hand at check in. When paying so much for a hotel you would think parking is included. We would stay here again as it was a gorgeous break away. Food in the pub was very nice.

Amazing upgrade to superior double room at the front of the property with views of lake Windermere. Spa facilities excellent and love you can order drinks for around the pool. Breakfast amazing with top quality produce. Love this hotel and it never disappoints.
