Staff were amazing and very welcoming, with excellent hospitality throughout our stay. The room was spotless and very well maintained. The only downside was that there were no complimentary bottles of water in the room, which was surprising given the hotel’s excellent reviews. I had to go downstairs in the middle of the night to fill a cup with water. Aside from this, we really loved our stay and would happily return.

We had the best night away. The staff were so nice and helpful. The location is perfect and the Spa is the nicest we have been to. I can’t recommend the hotel and Spa enough, we will definitely be rebooking soon.

Lovely stay. Large room. Well appointed public bars and spaces. Only disappointment was the buffet breakfast. The food in the hot service display wasn't replenished frequently enough. Food was left for long periods making the bacon & eggs beyond the capability of a steak knife.

The most wonderful night away at a truly beautiful hotel with fantastic spa facilities. We were upgraded on arrival to a suite with a hot tub on the balcony, which made the whole trip even more special. Thank you! We dined at Mizumi, the Asian restaurant, and the food was absolutely divine. The waitresses were exceptional and really enhanced the experience. Breakfast was excellent too, with plenty of choice. Overall, an amazing stay with kind, welcoming, and helpful staff throughout. We can’t wait to return❤️

The hot tub on the room balcony was the star of the show of course, it was excellent, as was the breakfast, plenty options and delicious fresh food. The staff were amazing and the extra touches, like the mulled wine at check in (it’s Christmas) really made the experience perfect. Only negatives I can say are the room was slightly dark and dated, and the public spa area was quite crowded.

Very clean warm room and complimentary toiletries, friendly helpful staff and a lovely welcome, I'm only giving 4 stars because after checking while booking that I could eat gluten free I was left very disappointed and hungry after waiting 30 mins for a gluten free breakfast half of it was missing and cold also the sausages were raw, the breakfast everyone else was eating looked amazing and they had a lot of delicious looking choices, had a long travel home very hungry, I should say staff were very apologetic and did refund, otherwise an amazing stay

Absolutely brilliant. Couldn’t fault it at all. The staff were amazing and extremely hospitable. We were awarded a complimentary upgrade for my boyfriend’s birthday and were able to use the Bentley to be dropped off in town. Rooms were lovely and clean, and very warm! Will definitely be returning.

Whole experience was brilliant. The staff were so attentive and friendly. Noel and Patrick welcomed us and helped with pointers on the stay. Room was gorgeous with an added touch of anniversary surprises hot tub on the balcony fab too. Highly recommend and will be back.
