hotel is really nice, room are big and clean with good ventilation but the food at the pub is not recommended

The room is extremely small that I thought I am in Japan instead of UK, it is full of fragile decoration, you need to be very careful, it’s not suitable for a family with child. I was very disappointed to their hot spa, it’s totally different from my expectation, the spa tub is too small and not hot enough, probably not a best choice if you are looking for hot spa experience. Also, I can’t believe hotel charges for £12 parking fee when we already paid for room fee.

Staff were all really friendly and couldn’t do enough for us, free room upgrade to a junior suite with a hot tub absolutely made our day. Spa is included and you can go in it at any time without having to book or pay extra and it’s open late at night. 11am check out which is great as a lot of places do 10am which we find really early. Really good food in the pub. Really relaxing stay. This is our second time here and we will return.

Fantastic hotel. Staff are so welcoming, Alicia, Oliver, mark, Amelia, Leslie go above and beyond. The rooms are spotless. The food is fantastic. The spa is so relaxing. We can not wait to come back.

Staff were so helpful and polite. Stunning views of Lake Windermere. Excellent Food at the restaurant and breakfast was amazing with so much choice. Room was great with no outside noise to be heard so had a great nights sleep. Highly recommended .

We stayed in a room with hot tub, it was gorgeous. The view was nice. They provided towels, robes and slippers. There were also shampoo, conditioner and shower gel in the room. We had food in the onsite pub which was lovely we really enjoyed it. The spa is also very nice and relaxing and you are able to order drinks in there. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel. The concierge was very welcoming and gave us a tour and showed us to our room.

We had a beautiful room which was very spacious overlooking the lake. There was a lack of storage, but we managed. The hotel is stunning and I love the younger vibe. The staff are trained to an extremely high standard which was very evident. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We loved the cocktail bar and Mizumi, their Asian fusion Restaurant on site. The breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice, including delicious coffee. It would’ve been nice to have bottled water in the room rather than have to ask for it at reception, but this was just a minor inconvenience. It was a truly lovely stay and I would recommend this hotel.

This hotel was in the heart of Bowness and Windermere. The staff on the whole were fantastic and friendly. The room we had was very spacious and comfortable with a brilliant view of the lake. Breakfast was as expected for £15

Breakfast was really good, beautiful hotel and spa. Only downside was that the bed was really uncomfortable!

Staff went above and beyond especially considering I’d arrived a day early ! The manager and reception staff went out of their way to resolve the situation. Restaurant excellent, would recommend.

Spa was lovely, breakfast hot and fresh, room clean, we had a hot tub on the balcony which was great! Lovely stay
