The mattes that I slept on was completely finished and needs to be withdrawn. The mirror was also broken. There was no fan in the room and ventilation was poor But generally it was fairly kept

Terrible not clean shower was filthy no attention to detail had to wash in the sink no way was I gettin in there. Reception area awful Pleasant staff shame about the whole place

Appena arrivati il personale non sapeva del nostro arrivo per una mancata comunicazione tra Expedia e la struttura, ma i ragazzi della reception sono stati molto bravi a sistemarci subito in una camera provvisoria, il giorno dopo la camera che ci hanno assegnato era molto calda, non c'era un climatizzatore e non c'era un frigo. Non abbiamo chiesto nulla considerando che il prezzo era molto conveniente. Tutto sommato accettabile.

Avoid this hotel. The beds are rock hard with broken springs, the pillows are completely flat, and the room was visibly damaged. Add a weak shower and a foul odor lingering throughout the hallways, and it was a thoroughly unpleasant experience.

Weather was amazing very hot no fan available ist night staff were lieing did request service 5 times before we got something done door was making to much noise the staff replied and said oh i cant change the door i would never use the hotel again

Hi No facility in the hotel. It was hot day. Room was baking. Request the staff for a fan at least. Finally decided to leave the hotel as wife skin condition was getting worse. Did not stay the night and no refund was requested as it was a place of blaming someone else culture. I hated the experience and would not go back ever again

I have stayed at the Park Hotel for 6 weeks now and the last room they offered me was not up to standard. The mattress was practically on the floor and despite being told all rooms had fridges, this one didn't. The room they moved me to had a fridge, but no chair, no kettle, no bin and the private bathroom was out in the corridor, down some steps. Not ideal, but better than the first room. I was going to re-book for the next 4 weeks, but I'm not sure I can cope with arriving at 11pm and running all over this sprawling property, trying to find a usable room.

First impressions not good , hence did not stay and booked another hotel , this was at 10pm, the hotel was booked via Expedia and as of yet the hotel has not responded to either Expedia or myself regarding this and the hotel has had 100% payment for 2 x rooms not stayed in , disappointing

I would strongly advise solo travellers, particularly women travelling alone, to avoid this hotel. I booked what was advertised as a hotel room, but upon arrival I was unexpectedly placed in a separate house down the street from the main hotel building. This was not made clear at the time of booking. I was also required to pay a £100 deposit, which had not been clearly disclosed in advance. Late in the evening, a group of men staying in the house began congregating outside my room, knocking on my door, shouting, and laughing. Their behaviour became increasingly intimidating and I felt genuinely frightened for my safety. I called reception twice to report that I felt unsafe. The response was slow and dismissive, and I became so concerned that I was close to calling the police. When I asked for an escort back to the main hotel because I was too frightened to walk alone at nearly midnight, this request was refused. When I returned to reception to hand in my key and request a refund, the receptionist was rude and confrontational. Instead of showing any concern, he asked, “What’s your problem?”, dismissed my account, implied that I was lying, and refused to provide a refund. As I no longer felt safe staying there, I had no choice but to leave immediately and book alternative accommodation at an additional cost of around £300. My experience was extremely distressing and entirely unacceptable

Always a pleasure staying at Park Hotel Ilford. Large clean well equipped room. Friendly staff.

The photos of the room on hotel.com.does not match the rooms In reality, the sheets were dirty. The room was in a poor condition. Damp water marks on the ceiling. Very very small, tight shower. The beds were damaged carpet in a very poor condition, not what I expected, please refer to photos. We arrived just after 10:00 p.m. so we're unable to look for another hotel.

Very good value en suite room at £27 including ensuite on a Friday night in Greater London with comfortable bed and bedding in hotel with very professional reception double manned 24/7. Only downside where there could be some improvement was unusually no bedside light of any kind and only overhead light with switch at the door meaning you have to get out of bed in the dark and stumble about to find overhead light switch. Also very slightly musty smell in these loft space rooms with skylight that could be sorted out by installing trickle flow ventilation and/or a dehumidifier.

I was expecting to share a bathroom, according to the description of my single room. Instead, my room was en suite, with a kettle and a fridge too. I was very comfortable and consequently rebooked for the following week. There is plenty of free parking, a bus stop is directly outside and the nearest tube stations are a short walk away, as are plenty of shops and restaurants. It's perfect for travelling to my job in central London and the price is very reasonsble. I felt safe and respected at Park Hotel, which is incidentally, opposite the very lovely Valentine Park

I am writing to formally a complaint regarding my current stay at The Park Hotel (Room No. 25), which I booked from Friday to Monday for a family visit to London. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing and distressing. I am staying with my wife and two young children (a 10-month-old baby and a 6-year-old), and the conditions of the room have been unacceptable, especially for a family. The main issues we have faced include: A severe ant infestation in the room, which has caused significant discomfort and concern for the safety of our children. Lack of proper sleep for my wife due to constant worry about the ants affecting our babies. No working Wi-Fi. The television is not functioning. The bathroom door is faulty and at one point trapped my wife inside, which was a very frightening experience. Unpleasant smells and signs of poor hygiene, including possible mold. Due to these ongoing issues, our entire travel plan has been disrupted. We travelled from Manchester to London specifically for a family trip and had planned several activities and events. However, because of exhaustion, discomfort, and time lost dealing with these problems, most of our plans had to be cancelled. The total financial loss from cancelled bookings and travel expenses is approximately £800–£900. Additionally, the stress and inconvenience caused to my family over the past two to three days have been considerable. Given the severity of these issues and the impact on our stay, I

would strongly advise against staying at this hotel. My experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. The first room I was given reeked of cigarette smoke. When I went down to report it, the receptionist reacted as though I was being dishonest, which was both frustrating and unprofessional. I was eventually offered another room, which thankfully didn’t smell, but getting there required walking through hallways that stank heavily of marijuana. I raised this concern as well, but nothing was done. The overall cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel were far below acceptable standards. The shower pressure was abysmal, making it difficult to even have a proper wash. There was no toilet paper in the room upon arrival—we had to request it ourselves, which should never happen in a hotel. On top of that, we were told there were no parking spaces available, despite this being something we expected as guests. What made the experience even more frustrating was being asked to pay a £100 deposit at check-in. Given the state of the hotel—dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained—it felt almost offensive to be asked for such a deposit when it’s hard to imagine causing any damage worse than what’s already there. To make matters worse, I even saw a mouse on the ground floor, which raises serious concerns about hygiene and safety. Overall, this was a very unpleasant stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Tv not working. Buikding and room nuce and clean. Atleast 10 min walk to any shops

Ideally placed for working in central London. En-suite and a fridge in my room were not expected by very welcome
