smells bad and shower room is messy.

Given the price, we didn't have high expectations, but we were still very disappointed with our stay at this "accommodation." When you enter the hotel, you are greeted by a musty smell in the corridors, which they try unsuccessfully to mask with air fresheners, which does not make a good first impression. The main point, however, is that the pictures do not show the real condition of the rooms. There is mold in the corners of the shower and on the walls. The window cannot be closed properly, so there is a draught, and the towel rack simply falls off the wall when you hang something on it. I don't even want to start on the closet, which almost collapses when you open it, and a large hole in the floor, which has simply been covered with carpet and which you sink into when you walk over it, seems dangerous to me and the fact that there is no hot water in the shower is almost inhumane. The only positive aspect of the rooms is that the beds are very comfortable and seem new, but when you want to get up and touch the carpet with your feet, it's disgusting. We got through the days, but would rather advise against staying here.

I can highly recommend this place, my room was very clean, well decorated and the on suite was clean and modern, no mold in sight. At reception, the manager, Manny was so polite and very helpful, great service and Thanks again.

The accommodation was quite clean but the condition was worn and tired.

Clean room

Good on street parking. Easy entry, friendly reception. Good clean bed with tea/coffee/water in the room. Twisty staircases - tricky for the less mobile. Carpet etc could be fresher. But this was spot on for our one night visit - we needed a room to sleep in while going to a concert.

Lidt et skummelt område

Not the most glamorous room going but a cheap and cheerful place to stay in Manchester if you need to go for a night. That, and the staff helped us out a ton by room swapping at no extra cost.

Booked to stay here when seeing Lady Gaga solo. Mannie at reception was really welcoming, very friendly and was more than happy to make sure I was comfortable and go the extra mile. Very little noise from the other guests, only when walking past the door. Housekeeping staff were great too, they chatted away. There's reception 24/7. The area looks a little rough but everyone is really nice and there's plenty of food places around on just eat! Will be back next time I'm at my next concert.

Apart from the lads on reception being canny, it was probably the worst hotel ive stayed in, for every reason possible.

Staff lovely, needs an update. Noisy at night but not all through the night. Rooms very basic but bedding clean and bed comfy. Would stay again for a night when going to see concert

An amazing night stay, close to the town centre, hotel staff were lovely especially the guy at reception who checked us in! hotel was easily accessible, the bed was so comfy and the room was a great size! there were a few fruit flies but nothing of great concern and it didn’t affect our stay whatsoever. would definitely recommend and stay here again!

Les hôtes d'accueil sont très sympa, le quartier plutôt calme, par contre la propreté laisse à désirer et il y a une odeur de renfermé dans les couloirs.
