Very kind and welcoming staff

Mold on the sheet and on the windows had to get room changed which wasn't exactly better but had to deal with it. Wouldn't go back to that hotel

Staff were amazing and helpful. Bit of mould in bathroom. Bed comfy

A bit run down around the edges but everything was there that was needed and worked. My mattress/nights sleep was as comfortable as any hotel I’ve stayed in lately.You can see that they are working on rooms as well. Late booking so would normally have stayed in more central hotel.For price point I would stay here again for 1 night stay.

It was alright for a couple night but any longer would of rathered pay for a different hotel the room it self had many issues such as the wardrobe tilting, the curtains not opening as they were broken, the switch to the bathroom light was coming off the wall, the lack of décor it was a plan white room with 3 paintings, no matt for the bathroom floor, only one pillow each, the shower had very little water pressure and it was either too hot or too cold, the radiator in the room never turned on and u only got a little heater for the whole room, the way to the room was confusing and was like a maze, no hand towels, the toilet seat was falling off, the bed sheets didn't look very clean, and when they did come to do room service the only shut the windows which were hard to open as they are so high and moved the heater, they didn't change the bedding or make the bed no clean towels and they didn't dry the bathroom floor. Overall there were alot of disappointing things with the room it self, but it is a alright option if your only staying a short period of time and aren't planing to stay in the hotel room for very long.

First, many things in the room need to be fixed. There is also no liquid soap to wash hands. When I asked, the treatment was very bad so I don’t recommend anyone to stay here at all

I had to cancel my booking after seeing the condition of the so-called hotel! It was awful. Bedding i was shown looked as if someone has just crawled out of them, and not washed. Outside inside awful

The room looked nothing like the photos it was more of a uni dorm than a hotel

Clean tidy stay handy for ao areana we walked there got taxi back from town. parking is on street but nearby and plenty of space. Only thing missing in our room was clean cups for tea. But cant grumble.

Cold water in the hand wash basin not goid for brushing teeth or washing hands

We stayed for the night and it was really convenient and cheap so is very optimal if you are here for an event or just a day as transport was close by and parking on road was free to use. Probably wouldn't stay for any longer however as could do with room renovations/ property upgrades to make it more of a cosy stay.

There was a problem with the wifi in the hotel. But I truly appreciate the staff at the reception gave me his own mobile hotspots.

This property is nothing like it shows on the picture. I had no hot water in the room, and it needs a complete over haul

Best part : Price, Location Worst part : Everything else. Felt very unsafe, staff are not aware of what is happening, gave keys to wrong room, which was occupied by other people and we had an awkward encounter in Thier room when they were staying. No lift services and doors can be easily opened from outside.

Easy check in and out, comfortable room, nearly had someone walk into the room which was a bit uncomfortable. All round ok.

It was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. Whilst the staff was friendly, the hotel itself was not up to the £105 a night that we paid and it is situated in an area where your safety is questionable. The room itself was very cold with the radiator not working and only a small oil heater, which did nothing to warm the room. Old furniture, including wood planks, nailed to the top of the bed base, matched with a very thin mattress it was almost unbareable to lay on. Other furniture seemed very dated with what appeared to be a plastic bottle propping up the front of the wardrobe. There was a horid smell throughout the room every time the toilet was flushed, but all this was dwarfed by the abundance of noise the entire night. The sound of constant traffic and paper thin walls kept both myself and my partner awake throughout the night. Spending the entire night very cold and wide awake from the noise, i could not recomend this hotel nor would i ever stay here again.

This hotel is ok for a stay of a few days stay. Entrance looks a bit dodgy but inside is quite ok. We were moved twice for different reasons but the hotel manager was really great about it. For the price that you pay for this hotel, it isn’t that bad. The beds were comfortable but the lack of hot water from the bathroom tap was an issue. There was however hot water from the shower. No hangers and no hair dryer so bring your own. Overall a good hotel.
