From the bus stop at Liverpool One, walked 15 mins in a scenic wharf. Room was the top 8th floor and pertfect, enjoyed wonderful river view from a large window. Breakfast didn't include fresh vegetables, but nice English breakfast. リバプールワンから景色の良い埠頭を15分歩きます。部屋は最上階の8階でかつ広くて完璧。大きな窓からの眺めは最高です。 朝食はサラダやフルーツはわすわかでしたが、十分に美味しいイングリッシュブラックファストでした。 泊まって良かったです。

とても快適な夜を過ごすことができました。室内でWi-Fiが繋がりにくい時があって、ちょっと困りました。

Me and my mum had an excellent stay, great room, fantastic dinner, brilliant service..!! Nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely hotel very comfortable

Nice room with a view (which pay extra for) with a little bit of luxury. Ideal for attending any shows at the M&S bank area or auditorium theatre next door as its a very short step free walk.

This hotel is great for arena events. Jon on the concierge and Tariq on the executive floor are fantastic ambassadors for the brand.

Excellent hotel. Friendly staff, great breakfast. Let down by uncomfortable pillows and hence a bad sleep, which was unfortunate because the hotel was lovely a quiet

There were no shower gels etc in the bathroom Only realised in the morning when we came to shower so ended up just heading home No point getting dressed to go to reception and ask so that was disappointing

Nice and clean, room temp was an issue. Also gym was small. Very good breakage though. All in all a good stay

The hotel is beautiful and perfectly suits for the arena, conference center and docks

Bar & Kitchen staff not very efficient. Very slow & was not that busy either. Room was lovely & quiet great views & that all. Pity really.

I stayed here for one night with my son as we was seeing an event at the M&S arena the hotel is excellently situated for this literally right next door , with lots of nice places to eat and drink and places of interest in the Liverpool dock area, your practically on the Mersey. The hotel staff were friendly. The hotel is of an excellent standard, quite plush , breakfast lots of choice and lovely, I always tend to overeat with the buffet style breakfast but what the hell I don’t stay in hotels much.

Perfect, location close to the busy Albert dock area but also a really quiet hotel.

A lovely hotel close to to the city centre

The hotel is really convenient for the M&S Arena and Auditorium. We were attending an event so stayed just Saturday night. Check in was uneventful, I wouldn’t say the gentleman who greeted us was overly friendly. Room was ok, 2 single beds pushed together which I’m not a fan of as they seem to separate during the night. Shower and toiletries were really lovely. The bar and restaurant staff weren’t overly attentive. Breakfast was the main reason I would probably try another hotel in the surrounding area. We got there at 1030 and breakfast ends at 11 on a Sunday. There were no bowls for fruit etc and only one butter left. We had to ask twice for a cappuccino which took 15 minutes to arrive after the second request. Just young guys and girls running the breakfast, didn’t look like there was a management presence. The cheeses were hard as left out too long. Replenishment didn’t seem to be a priority which is a shame because it is a beautiful hotel. We have stayed in the titanic hotel previously and would rate it over the Pullman.
