It’s a fairly new hotel with excellent location by the waterfront. Buffet breakfast has plenty varieties. Carpark is just a short walk to the hotel. The area is safe and clean. Very enjoyable with easy access to everything.

Great and clean

The location is very nice. It is just near to the Albert dock. Since the early of morning. The drain in the toilet keep making some water flashing sound that makes everyone awake. It was quite loud and you can't sleep again. I have never experienced a hotel like that. Very Very poor experience at Liverpool Pullman.

I had a lovely comfortable room on a high floor with a great view and a window seat too! I was able to watch out cruise ship docking from my window! The staff here were also very welcoming and helpful. My aunty and I ate in the restaurant twice and had lovely food which adapted well to my dietary needs. The only disappointment really was the tea provided - I drink earl grey tea and would have loved some early grey teabags !

Great room and hotel.

We booked a superior room which turned out to be pretty average. The free mini bar was a joke! Hardly anything in it! Couple bottles of wine and beer and a couple of cans of Pepsi! To ice water with no gin! Room never was swept while we were there and used glasses not cleaned or renewed! Very disappointed in your hotel! Won’t be returning

Perfect place to stay for the M & S bank arena. Also convenient for Albert Dock & a short walk to the city centre

Nice hotel & excellent staff.

Hotel was perfectly placed for the M&S arena and was a lovely place to stay. The only downside was how busy the lobby was, not many seats at all for the vast amount of people there and the wait for bar snacks was over an hour. The lobby is open to anyone though, not just hotel guests so that’s probably why.

Clean modern and comfortable room with a great view of the river. Very good restaurant with an above average breakfast buffet. Competent staff. Close to all the Beatles attractions - 10 minute walk to Beatles Story - and to lots of food options. The bed was on the firm side. Excellent rainfall shower and modern bathroom. Only instant coffee packets in the room but when I asked they brought up a very good fresh pot (I was desperate for good coffee).

Fantastic hotel. We ate in the bar snd the menu had enough to chose from and portions were plentiful. Room was comfortable and airy. Breakfast there is plenty to chose from whether you want the compete full english or something lighter like continental. The hotel does not have its own car park but the kings dock car park is literary 2 mins walk and they have a discount rate for ovetnight parking her just remember to get your parking ticket validated at the hotel reception. (we use this car park when ever we vist Liverpool). I will definitely book here againif wr are staying over in Liverpool again

Really high quality bedroom

We stayed at the Pullman for 3 nights and really enjoyed our stay. The staff were lovely, the breakfast was great and the room was huge and comfortable. The hotel was a little out of the city centre however that didn’t bother us as we were happy to walk and the weather was great. We would be happy to stay again as it was quiet and near the water.

Staff customer service was second to none

As per, an incredible experience with great service and clean room. I will keep coming back here whenever i am in Liverpool.

Fantastic couple of nights at the Pullman Hotel, great location at the river side, next to the large events place and within walking or e-scooter ride to the shops etc Eating places all close by especially the Indian (east east) - Room itself very prestigious lovely large bed and equally large tv, small table and chair ideal for eating at. Some neat touches in the room like the suspended lights and the bathroom was very spacious with a fantastic waterfall shower.

Great location near Albert Dock. Good sized room with comfy bed.

Cute hotel with great views, parking is discounted with then, all in all a good experience
