I love this hotel. I always try and stay here if I can when I visit Liverpool. It's close enough to the centre and yet, far enough away. It has lots of amenities and is overall a lovely place to stay. The staff are friendly, approachable and helpful. I was chatting a bit to the staff because I was traveling solo. It's always clean and tidy. The room has two single beds put together (if you book a double room opposed to a twin room) so the bed is huge and comfy. The walk in, waterfall shower is one of my favourite amenities. I ate breakfast here, it's a buffet breakfast with all sorts. Cooked/continental/cheese and meat/juices, tea, coffee, water. It was a nice breakfast and the environment is quite calming. The prices of bar menu/drinks are - in some cases - really quite steep. That is my only criticism. My margarita cocktail was £14.90 🙈 However, the checkout time here, is 12pm. When a lot of hotels are between 10-11 and make you pay extra for late check out for it to be 12pm. I checked out early, but they label and store your suitcase for you, to pick up later, if you want to go out without lugging round a suitcase. This is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and really well presented with lots of space. We loved the views from the hotel room too. The bathroom was lovely too. The breakfast was good and we felt like there were a lot of options and food was a good quality. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and we could leave our bags both days which was nice for exploring the city. We loved the location down on the docks. We didn’t realise it was next to the arena so it was very busy around the area on the Saturday we didn’t mind but some people might not like to be so close.

Great stay and great location just 2 mins from the bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and clean and cosy room. Food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. Only shame is that the windows dont open, a little bit of fresh air is always nice but the air conditioning works well. Second stay here, would come back again.

Fantastic hotel, stayed for a gig at the M&S arena and it couldn’t have been any better. The twin room was extremely spacious with a wonderful view of the river and city. Excellent breakfast too. Would definitely recommend, and will be our go to hotel choice in Liverpool.

We have stayed here before, and the decor, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were just as good. We had an issue with a noise in our room, but on reporting to staff in Reception we were offered ( and moved) to another room straight away. Breakfast times were busy, particularly as our stay coincided with the Grand National, but all staff kept a good sense of purpose, making sure that everything flowed as smoothly as possible. Well done and thank you. Next time we are in Liverpool, we shall certainly look again at staying here (availability and price being considered).

The walk in, waterfall shower is one of my favourite amenities. I ate breakfast here, it's a buffet breakfast with all sorts. Cooked/continental/cheese and meat/juices, tea, coffee, water. It was a nice breakfast and the environment is quite calming. The prices of bar menu/drinks are - in some cases - really quite steep. That is my only criticism. My margarita cocktail was £14.90 🙈 However, the checkout time here, is 12pm. When a lot of hotels are between 10-11 and make you pay extra for late check out for it to be 12pm. I checked out early, but they label and store your suitcase for you, to pick up later, if you want to go out without lugging round a suitcase. This is very helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The room was lovely and really well presented with lots of space. We loved the views from the hotel room too. The bathroom was lovely too. The breakfast was good and we felt like there were a lot of options and food was a good quality. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and we could leave our bags both days which was nice for exploring the city. We loved the location down on the docks. We didn’t realise it was next to the arena so it was very busy around the area on the Saturday we didn’t mind but some people might not like to be so close.

Great stay and great location just 2 mins from the bus stop from the airport. Friendly staff and clean and cosy room. Food in the restaurant is excellent and reasonably priced. Only shame is that the windows dont open, a little bit of fresh air is always nice but the air conditioning works well. Second stay here, would come back again.

Fantastic hotel, stayed for a gig at the M&S arena and it couldn’t have been any better. The twin room was extremely spacious with a wonderful view of the river and city. Excellent breakfast too. Would definitely recommend, and will be our go to hotel choice in Liverpool.

We have stayed here before, and the decor, cleanliness, and friendliness of staff were just as good. We had an issue with a noise in our room, but on reporting to staff in Reception we were offered ( and moved) to another room straight away. Breakfast times were busy, particularly as our stay coincided with the Grand National, but all staff kept a good sense of purpose, making sure that everything flowed as smoothly as possible. Well done and thank you. Next time we are in Liverpool, we shall certainly look again at staying here (availability and price being considered).
