Amazing location, friendly staff and dog friendly. Will be returning.

Friendly reception staff, pool attendants and shop. Great location and accommodation. We stayed in the 12 berth and it was really spacious. Would go back again and would highly recommended.

Arrived to a stone cold hot tub and was told it may not be warm until lunch time the following day. Also, the dog friendly lodge was not do friendly as we could not leave the dog on the decking without being on a lead as there was no fence to prevent them running away.

Staff are so polite and friendly. The resort is beautuful and special. The unit is so clean. The steam room at the back doesnt work though. It could have been better using it after using hot tub The ladies at the guest service desk are so lovely!

Stayed in a 2bed pet free apartment. Perfect small holiday accommodation. Small things to consider to make the guest experience better - we would have liked a bottle of anti-bacterial kitchen spray in the kitchen. There was none provided. Also the frying pan in our accommodation needed replacing and there was no flat spatula provided, for when frying eggs for example. These small things would have enhanced our stay. It was a great place though with beautiful surroundings.

It isn't 5 star luxury. But it's certainly 5 star value. There aren't any added perks (cooking oil, seasoning, shampoo etc) but the property is spotless and the parking is ample. Our off-peak visit was spot on for our little family. Spacious clean property, lovely staff and a friendly quiz host in the bar. This location is amazing for exploring both coastlines. Would recommend to friends - although the lookout bar isn't exactly a substitute for a cute Cornish pub so it wouldn't suit everyone.

Our 3 bedroom barn lodge was clean, warm and cosy throughout. Beds were comfy although a little small (double beds in 2 out of 3 rooms) put in the rooms quite small so would only fit in double beds. Bathrooms were spotless. Sofas were huge and comfy. Had a really enjoyable day and would come back again.

Food was nice and good value. Accomodation was quiet, warm and cosy, well laid out. Flow rider was good, swimming pool could do with a clean as it was a bit green around the edges. Overall really nice and would stay again.

Property was lovely, very comfortable and well equipped for a family of 4. Staff really helpful and grounds were very well maintained. Good facilities on site too.

This was our second year of staying with you. The lodge was clean but a little run down and needs some attention. Our hot tub wasn't working for the first 2 nights which was disappointing and we had swimming booked which was cancelled due to an issue on the day.

Well equipped, modern lodges. We really enjoyed the hot tub but the outdoor area would benefit from some wind protection. Super comfy beds and linen with huge bath sheets, perfect for the tub.

Good facilities. The bar food was just ok

We had beautiful 4 bed lodge for Easter.

A great spot for a family holiday

Lovely barn. Everything you needed in it for a great stay. The hot tub wasn't working when we arrived and they sent someone that morning to fix it. Will be booking again as not only did we have a great time but so did our dog.

Great stay

We stayed here as a family of 8 the accommodation was great and very roomy. Great location not far to Newquay and Padstow. We will definitely be returning loved it.

Lovely property although could do with a deep clean and some maintenance

Barn was spacious, clean, well equipped with a lovely outdoor decking area.

Nice surroundings. Liked the apartment. It was spacious and comfy. Would have been nice to have coffee and tea provided and more than one toilet roll. TV was not working on arrival but it was fixed the next day. No hot water on the last morning of our stay so no shower (we needed to get on the road so didn't want to wait for maintenance to come over and fix it while I was still in our pyjamas!). Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was good but not available on the last day as they don't do breakfasts during the week during quiet periods. Wanted to try the pool but it wasn't available Sunday morning as it was being cleaned and Sunday afternoon it was too busy so gave it a miss.
