ビジネスでの滞在でしたが、次は家族で訪れたい。

初めて、ヨーロッパへ出張しました。ビジネスで緊張感がありましたが、ホテルに帰るとリラックスでき、ゆっくり自分の時間を過ごす事ができました。 ホテルでの食事は、それなりの値段でしたが、スタッフの対応が良く満足しました。

Rooms were spacious, modern and clean. We didn’t use the spa due to only staying one night and the extra charge as booked through Expedia but if book direct, it’s included. Breakfast was £16.95 and worth it. Great choice. Lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfy. Bathrooms good. Quiet location. All was good.

Stayed for 2 nights 22-25 Nay 2026 Room Clean Bed Base broken - dispute that had a good night sleep. Bit Dated Shower Good and powerful. No Apps on TV - Disappointing as limited and unable to mirror from phone. Breakfast was Average Booked in for what is supposed to be À la carte Ordered our starter and mains. Waited for over 40 minutes they were very busy - and then the main course came out - we said we haven’t had the starter - they offered to take the food back and bring the starters. We then opted to only have the main which wasn’t the best below average. Pool jacuzzi Good

Breakfast great plenty of choice

We recently stayed for 2 nights Friday-Sunday as we were attending a family wedding on Saturday. Checked in to the hotel at 8.50 and had a dinner reservation at 9. Upon going to our room at about 11 we noticed a letter from the hotel on the bed. Apparently their new policy is not to service the room for stays of more than one night unless they are asked. However you have to let them know by 10 the night before. As we were an hour late I telephoned reception but there was no answer. The following morning before breakfast we went to reception to ask for our room to be serviced sometime that day. We explained that we would be out from midday to midnight. The receptionist advised us that our room would be serviced later in the afternoon that day. Upon returning to our room

Didn't use spa or restaurant

The hotel is lovely. The staff can’t do enough and are always busy working, it’s clean and well kept. There was a little welcome pack for my son with snacks, games and toiletries in a really cute little bag. Really enjoyed the stay.

Kids gift pack in the room was great! Room was very tired, and the bathroom was quite damp and mouldy. A shower only had a full height head, but no shower cap provided. Didn’t use facilities as when I booked the hotel it told me I needed to book and pay extra, we were only going to have an hour so didn’t bother bringing swimwear. Turns out swimming was an option available included for our booking. Dinner was disastrous, but once we had spoken to 3 staff it was dealt with. However it did put a downer on the stay which was for a special occasion.

The pool was a good size. Rooms clean and good food.

Did not have a spa

Buyer beware. We booked a two night break at this hotel using Tesco points . 5 days b4 our car engine blew up on the motorway. This hotel would not even let us defer this break let alone refund us the cost . This happened despite hotels.coms best efforts to intercede on our behalf. Just pure profiteering .

Great hotel and spa facilities. Shame about the TVs that have no TV guide facility due to them being linked into some daft hotel menu nonsense. The two rooms I stayed in also had screens that were failing and were almost entirely blue in tone due to the cheap outdated Samsung TVs that are in all of the rooms.

I had an overall positive experience during my recent two day stay. Check-in was seamless, and Emily was incredibly welcoming and accommodating to my needs, which made a great first impression. The staff throughout my stay were friendly and approachable, and I really appreciated the warm service. The room itself was a nicely refurbished space, comfortable and modern, which added to an enjoyable stay. Unfortunately, there were a couple of housekeeping details that were overlooked. I noticed hair (not mine) across the shower tiles while I was in the shower, which was unpleasant, as well as some splatter marks on the mirror in the living area. I arranged for the room to be cleaned the following day through the app and also mentioned the specific areas needing attention to the receptionist the next morning, who assured me she would inform the cleaner. When I returned later that day, the room had clearly been serviced; however, the same areas had been missed again. Despite this issue not being rectified, my overall experience was still a good one thanks to the lovely staff and the comfort of the refurbished room. With a bit more attention to detail from housekeeping, it would have been excellent.

The room was lovely, and very comfy. But did not expect to pay £35 for continental Breakfasts! Took the shine off the stay.

Excellent amenities, close to Portsmouth and Fareham, Lidl over the road. Room was very spacious for a double it felt like a suite. Really nice added touches of robes and slippers, sleep masks and white company toiletries. Spa and breakfast were top notch.

The room was lovely, very spacious and comfortable. We didnt realise until later in our stay that you needed to request your room to be cleaned relying on Qr codes that we missed. Breakfast times were confusing and not very well comunicated. We arrived on time but felt rushed as they were trying to clear things away. My partner had to ask for his breakfast to be heated up

I had a wonderful stay at the Solent Hotel. From the moment I checked in, Sasha made the experience exceptional. She was incredibly accommodating, welcoming, and ensured I was given a lovely room. Thanks to her attention to detail and kindness, my two-day stay was comfortable and stress-free. Thank you, Sasha — you truly made my stay!

A real gem! We booked it last minute after a disaster with our first hotel. We walked in and immediately felt welcomed. It has a lovely feel, smells gorgeous and the spa is stunning. Food in the restaurant was delicious and staff are friendly. It was a nice treat for my birthday. We’ll definitely be staying again. Thank you 🤗
