良かった

ホテルから提供されている写真とは全く違う。ホテル全体がとても汚く、古く、色々な部分で修理が必要。朝食はパンとハムとチーズなどホテルの朝食とは思えないレベル。家族経営なのか？ホテル経営をしたことのない人たちが運営をしている印象。確実に４つ星ホテルではなく、２つ星くらい。近くにヒルトンやホリデインがあるのでそちらに泊まればよかった。仕事での宿泊だったが、ウェンブリースタジアムでコンサートがあった日だったので、日本円で8万円ほど払った。信じられないぼったくりだと思った。

Fantastic location very close to Wembley stadium and train/tube station, very easy check in/out, deposit was refunded quickly. Reception area clean and tidy staff were friendly. Lift was rickety with the doors shaking as it went up and down but it was bright and clean. Carpets in the corridors tired and stained. The room was large and spacious air con was great and can be changed in the room although it resets back to the default setting when you leave the room for a while, room was clean apart from the stained carpet, bed and pillows were really comfortable, plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, also a mini fridge and a safe which was handy although the fridge was quite noisy, room was well sound proofed could not hear much from outside which was great as the hotel was full of football fans but it did also make the sound of the fridge seem louder. Tea and coffee selection was ok, 3 types of tea bags and normal and decaf coffee but only 2 of each and only 4 milk pots. We had no spoon so had to go to reception to get one. A bit disappointing that we went to have a drink in the bar downstairs at 8pm only to find it closed! Which we found a bit strange.

All ok

Easy to find and in a great location. Only downside was bathroom door didnt lock or close proprly nd the noise from passing traffic was quite loud. However, it was super clean, beds were comfy and staff were friendly.

Very handy for local amenities. Shame you pay for parking on top of an expensive room price.

Hotel was very good. Room was excellent though the air conditioning was a little noisy at times. Very nice cooked breakfast with plenty of choice. Car park was very useful, though the costs given on the phone were doubled with no notice due to there being an event on at Wembley Stadium! Would definitely use the hotel again.

Bit out dated

First thing first, Reception guy was not welcoming or friendly at all. Then in room lights turn on and off automatically, moreover too much heating in the room and cooling system isn't working properly. Last thing i face is that receptionist who checked me in booked a safety money 50£ and said you can claim it when checking out, while checking out staff was changed and she doesn't know where he put my money and ask me mangers are saying if you can wait for an hour so he'll give me my money back. Anyhow she tried her best and find my money envelope after 10 minutes. Hotel is only ok not too much luxury as rated.

No one come to this place is soo bad the rooms were disgusting the staff were very rude and not professional at all the food is terrible as well everything about this hotel is soo bad

A very disappointing stay. Be warned that you are expected to pay a £50 holding deposit, which is not mentioned beforehand! When I queried this I was told I didn't need to pay it because I had already paid for breakfast. Apparently some guests eat breakfast without paying (I wouldn't bother). Staff were friendly but the hotel is very tired in many areas. Although the bathroom was modern, the bedroom carpet was very old, looked dirty, the furniture was old and damaged, no mattress protector under a very thin bedsheet, single thin pillow. Thankfully, the air-con worked well! Breakfast was a complete waste of money! We were offered EITHER a continental or English breakfast. Other hotels offer both options. I thought the safer choice would be continental. It was very basic and cheap. We should've checked out and gone elsewhere without booking breakfast too. Will look for alternative accommodation if we need to return to the area another time.

After reading the very negative reviews before my stay I was feeling a little bit of dread before my trip but on arriving and following my brief stay I must say that my stay was perfect.Everything that other people had complained about was for me not a problem from cleanliness,decor the air conditioning and bathroom to the breakfast.Everything was perfect and especially the breakfast which was the best I have had in many of my last hotel stays.Well done to the team at the hotel.I will be back.

Clean and very convenient for a concert at Wembley. Slightly noisy in the room. You can hear road noise and traffic quite a bit.

Very disappointed and definitely not 4 star. No hot water. No bath plug so you can’t have a bath. Lift was broken. Fridge was so noisy all night and you can’t turn it off. Breakfast was basic and no menu options you just get what you’re given. Location was brilliant but I wouldn’t stay again.

Staff were very friendly, ideal location for Wembley

The location is convenient and close to the Ovo Arena Wembley. I watched Keung To Lava Concert there so is just about 7 mins walk back to the hotel. However the lift was out of order and I was assigned the room on the top the 5th floor which is really bad especially carrying a luggage. I ask the receptionist whether if there is room on lower floor and he said fully booked. He is not very patience with my request and didn’t say anything but fully booked cannot do anything but only walk up. This gave me a very bad impression as for my first time staying. I will not come back

This hotel is a little gem, minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and the train station. I was positively surprised by the spacious double room, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the big telly, good bathroom and the coffee/tea station & fridge with water in it. I will definitely stay here in future and I can heartily recommend this hotel. I didn't use breakfast or business facilities so I can't say anything about those.

Good location , nice staff. Quiet time therefore parking was fine.

Lift was out of order and was placed on 5th floor. I had a lot of luggage to drag up 5 flights. The air con was not working and room was so stuffy. It apparently was controlled from reception. Toilet continuous flowing after flush. Had to pump the button to get it to stop. Pillows are hard but bed was comfy. Reception should have informed me about the lift and offered help. Their response to any negative comments was always. Oh and a shrug...
