It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

Great stay. Fantastic location, a very short walk to WemGreat cooked breakfast.bley stadium and arena. Polite, friendly helpful staff. Clean, smart room. Nice and quiet at night.

great location for the event. room was fine. very spacious and bed was big and comfy. light dimming options were great and plug sockets on both sides of the bed. building is a bit old but overall was fine.

Just needed a room for the night after an event at Wembley Stadium (which is less than 10 mins walk away). Room was small but comfortable. Everything I needed and Clean. Shower was hot and powerful. Only complaint was rooms not well sound proofed so woken by toilets flushing in other room and people talking in the corridor.

Clean room and great location

Had to change rooms, electrics hanging of the wall, chunks of wood taken out of furniture. 2nd room was better . Breakfast was just a plate of fat, found 2 black hairs init !! Parking was terrible got blocked in by the local workers ! Was quick to move it thou .

Great staff, great location

For the price we paid it wasn’t a supreme room at all. There was holes in the carpet, dead bugs in the sink. No plug. Tea and coffee but no kettle. Very overpriced and not a 4* supreme room. Wish I had done more research.

The room was good, but there were no teaspoons to go with coffee cups and kettle. Neither was there a bath plug. Asked for both twice. Got nowhere. Should be a bath plug if there's a bath. that's the whole idea. shame as nice staff and nice breakfast. It's on the B list!

The room was beautifully clean and very comfortable. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The hotel is a very short walk to the Wembley stadiums. We will definitely return for another stay.

Photos are false advertising. Once you leave the reception area the hotel is dated and feels dirty. The room had stains on the floor that looked filthy. Door room numbers wrote on cardboard and stuck on doors, tired decor and not nice feel to the place. The breakfast wasn’t much better, not greeted or told what happens at breakfast. The hotel had arranged balloons for my daughter’s birthday and confirmed this with me; but on the day this didn’t happen. The hotel then ignored messages via Expedia.

For the price, the room was terrible. The carpet was ripped, the wardrobe was damaged and it was cold

This hotel is in desperate need of refurbishment! No light in the lift, carpets split and are a dangerous health and safety issue! Lights and heating control panel, was hanging off the wall in our room!! Breakfast was so disappointing, we didn't bother to stay!!

Friendly staff. Carpet in the room was very stained which didn't create the best first impression of the room. Otherwise all good.
