DIDNT HAVE THE BREAKFAST
LIFT WASNT WORKING
BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND ROOM WAS OKAY BUT THE BATHROOM FRAME COMING AWAY FROM WALL, PLUG SOCKET PANEL AT LEFT HAND SIDE CAME AWAY FROM THE WALL. CARPET WAS DIRTY, COULD DO WITH DE-CAF TEABAGS AS AN OPTION.
£250 PP PER NIGHT WASNT WORTH IT IN MY OPINION BUT THE LOCATION WAS EXCELLENT.

Great location for events at Wembley. Nice modern room, great shower and a/c. Lift was broken when I stayed, not sure if this is an ongoing issue.

Really close to Wembley so the perfect stop if you are there for a show. Staff were very helpful and room was great quality for the price.

It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling!
I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

My room has sick stains on the carpet, I asked for them to be cleaned six hours later it still hadn’t been. Lift was out of order, restaurant and bar were closed. Hotel was generally grubby and dirty. Room was noisy and we could smell weed. We checked out as it was awful. No manager to deal with issues.

Great location, had AC so perfect as it was hot. Big room clean staff were very nice. We had Emily meet for a concert and they used the hotel parking which was very convenient. I would stay there again

Would give a 0. Room was damaged and had marks over the floor, staff gave us the best room apparently. Only stay if you want a low cost and won’t be staying in the room much. Also, the water for the shower is only warm after running it for 5 minutes+

Lift didn't work for the entire time we stayed there. Annoying as I have mobility issues but not as bad as those who were on the upper floors.
Bar not open as 'no staff available'
Good location near the stadium
Everything is quite tatty and a bit down at heel but the bed was comfortable and the shower was ok.
Needs non-slip on the shower tho as very slippery.

The elevator was broken for the entire stay. The rooms are filthy: every inch of the curtains are stained, there are sticky substances in the carpet, I wore shoes 100% of the time because the floors were disgusting. The room reeks of cigarettes and no amount of perfume would cover it up. In extremely terrible shape.
