It was my very first time experiencing water leaking from the ceiling! I was about to take bath and suddenly I saw water on the floor in the bathroom. Then I was water falling along the wall and the door frame and the edge of the ceiling. It’s absolutely disgusting. Eventually , it was found that the bathroom floor of the room upstairs was full of water after bath. That’s the reason why water leaking to my room. Worse still, the hotel is full and I couldn’t get any room changed.

This hotel is a little gem, minutes walk away from Wembley stadium and the train station. I was positively surprised by the spacious double room, the bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have the big telly, good bathroom and the coffee/tea station & fridge with water in it. I will definitely stay here in future and I can heartily recommend this hotel. I didn't use breakfast or business facilities so I can't say anything about those.

Good location , nice staff. Quiet time therefore parking was fine.

Lift was out of order and was placed on 5th floor. I had a lot of luggage to drag up 5 flights. The air con was not working and room was so stuffy. It apparently was controlled from reception. Toilet continuous flowing after flush. Had to pump the button to get it to stop. Pillows are hard but bed was comfy. Reception should have informed me about the lift and offered help. Their response to any negative comments was always. Oh and a shrug...

Room was clean, just very cold.

There were a few stains on the floor and black marks on the bed head. Other than that really clean

This can't not be call a hotel, excluding the staff which was really nice, nothing else matched the pictures they have on the website. I don't know why they asking for 50£ deposit in top off the room rate, when the rooms look like this . I never imagined to walk in to a hotel room and find hair on the bath and on the chair, its disgusting. You have a booking for two, but its only one glass, the chair ist completely destroyed, carpet it's ready dirty (I didn't feel confortable to get may socks off and walk on that), no door handle for the balcony outside door. And have parking availability but when I asked for it, receptionist sent me to Holiday Inn, to pay for overnight parking because they don't have a free space.

Was not told there was no parking until I got there. And I did message to tell them I needed parking. Room had no spoon for the coffee. Coffee pods were empty. Toilet wouldn't stop flushing so kept me awake . You have to leave

Room was very clean tidy and modern. Staff were friendly Breakfast wasn’t the best , sausage small and battered for some reason. Wasn’t allowed to use a glass for juice , was told I could not use plastic cups, when there was lots of glasses behind the bar.

Very clean and modern room. Staff very friendly especially the man at reception. Unfortunately lift not working but they did offer us complimentary breakfasts. Breakfast was very good.

Checking-in was ok. The staff was professional and helpful. The room was nice, well laid out and equipped with the necessary amenities.
