Lovely welcome, very helpful. Location is ideal for shopping and sport/events venue. Everything needed was in the rooms. Iron, kettle, clean towels, toiletries, great shower! Rooms were comfortable and would fully recommend a stay. Hotel rooms are little tired but still shouldn’t change my view on staying there again.

The room was very nice and clean, the bed was uncomfortable and there was lots of noise outside on the main road late into the night/early hours of the morning. Check in and check staff were lovely. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed the whole time we were there. Which is unfortunate as there were lots of people staying there for a concert and would would have happily of used the hotel bar and im sure other would have too. There was no mention that the restaurant and bar would be closed over the weekend. Also it suggests that there is room service too, this ia also not the case.

Good location for Wembley Stadium, other than that it was overpriced and was definitely not a four star hotel. No facilities, or food/drinks available except breakfast in the morning which is limited and badly organised. The hotel is desperately in need of a refurbishment. The young man who checked us in was friendly and cheerful, so that was a positive.

Room was run down. Mould on bathroom ceiling and shower hose filthy. Room smelt of TCP. Mattress was stained. Toilet seat was brocken. Carpet was stained and thread bare. This Hotel is not 4 star and certainly not worth a £30 pp breakfast or £400 a night. Breakfast was served cold and served half an hr before my husband got his. "Fresh Juice and Teas and coffees served in plastic and paper cups. Warning Parking is not included and charged at £30. Upside walkable to Wembley. Really disappointing.

The room was nice and clean once we were in there. When we checked in we were told there was no parking available and the bar was closed as they had no staff. We paid £600 for the night.. so not the best experience for that much money

Rom was clean, well equipped and comfortable for our night stay. Check in was quick and simple maybe down to the gentleman telling us nothing but the room number and to have a good time whilst drawing a stick man on our room card!? Tried to call to enquire where the parking was but no answer after trying 3 times for long periods, when we got to the hotel the gentleman ws too busy on his mobile phone which explains why he couldnt answer the phone to guests. Breakfast had a good selection available however all tables were dirty and not cleaned very often, all condiments, bread, coffee, knifes, forks and plates were not refilled you literally have to ask for everything they did not have enough staff to cover it the single lady doing most was trying her best but definately not a single person service. Looked like someone was trying to wash up in a tiny sink behind the bar area!

I recently stayed at St George’s Hotel in Wembley. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and I really appreciated having a balcony with a nice street view. However, the bed was on the smaller side for two people, and one of the springs had come loose, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on at night. Also iron board was broken and the iron was very badly tangled to the board. If the hotel management work on providing good quality of basic amenities, then this will be a excellent place to stay in.

We didn’t stay as we needed to cancel due to tube strikes. The hotel refused a new date , refused a full or even a 50% refund. We won’t be using this hotel ever again.

The carpet was wet; in the morning I discovered why - the shower was blocked and overflows and clearly had been for sometime. The blind does not work and the room smells. The hotel just feels grubby. Avoid!

ho pagato una fucilata per la notte del concerto dei colplay, ma lo rifarei, non per hotel di pessima fattura questo grazie a delle bestie di sindacati che hanno indetto uno sciopero delle metropolitano e quindi costretto i coldplay ad anticipare di un giorno la data e mandando a ramengo tutte le prenotazioni fatte da mesi grazie a loro e che potessero restare tutti senza lavoro, altro che 32 ore a week agli stesso stipendio

The first room air conditioning wasn't working, they moved us. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The ceiling was peeling. The hotel lobby would look much more appealing from the outside of they got rid of the dingy curtains and put up nice blinds. Otherwise was a great hotel for the price.

Check in was quick and simple maybe down to the gentleman telling us nothing but the room number and to have a good time whilst drawing a stick man on our room card!? Tried to call to enquire where the parking was but no answer after trying 3 times for long periods, when we got to the hotel the gentleman ws too busy on his mobile phone which explains why he couldnt answer the phone to guests. Breakfast had a good selection available however all tables were dirty and not cleaned very often, all condiments, bread, coffee, knifes, forks and plates were not refilled you literally have to ask for everything they did not have enough staff to cover it the single lady doing most was trying her best but definately not a single person service. Looked like someone was trying to wash up in a tiny sink behind the bar area!

I recently stayed at St George’s Hotel in Wembley. The room was clean, the bathroom was modern and I really appreciated having a balcony with a nice street view. However, the bed was on the smaller side for two people, and one of the springs had come loose, which made it uncomfortable to sleep on at night. Also iron board was broken and the iron was very badly tangled to the board. If the hotel management work on providing good quality of basic amenities, then this will be a excellent place to stay in.

We didn’t stay as we needed to cancel due to tube strikes. The hotel refused a new date , refused a full or even a 50% refund. We won’t be using this hotel ever again.

The carpet was wet; in the morning I discovered why - the shower was blocked and overflows and clearly had been for sometime. The blind does not work and the room smells. The hotel just feels grubby. Avoid!

ho pagato una fucilata per la notte del concerto dei colplay, ma lo rifarei, non per hotel di pessima fattura questo grazie a delle bestie di sindacati che hanno indetto uno sciopero delle metropolitano e quindi costretto i coldplay ad anticipare di un giorno la data e mandando a ramengo tutte le prenotazioni fatte da mesi grazie a loro e che potessero restare tutti senza lavoro, altro che 32 ore a week agli stesso stipendio

The first room air conditioning wasn't working, they moved us. The double bed was 2 single beds pushed together. The ceiling was peeling. The hotel lobby would look much more appealing from the outside of they got rid of the dingy curtains and put up nice blinds. Otherwise was a great hotel for the price.
