Clean room friendly staff, nice atmosphere

Room was immaculate staff were very friendly and helpful

A cooked breakfast would have been a good option.

Very clean and comfy room for the price. Super quick check in.

This was the second time we have stayed at the Frampton Arms. Perfect for what we wanted.

Brilliant value, accomdation comfortable, staff great, food and drink very good quality and great value. No hesitation to book again if in area.

The room was lovely and clean and although this is a pub it is so quiet on an evening the staff are really lovely and really handy is a train station close by so you can explore some beautiful coastline. the breakfast was lovely and just perfect for what you need, we had a couple of beers in the pub and even got an early night one evening and didnt hear any noise coming from downstairs the staff were thoughtful and attentive and were happy to answer questions and help when needed really a little gem we would stay here again it was perfect for our needs a beautiful cosy quiet hide away

Stay 3 nights a fresh towel would of been nice but overall a nice place

Lovely hotel, had a quiet room at the back so didn't hear road noise at all. Right near railway line but didn't really hear that either. Happy, friendly staff. Lovely room. Bed was comfortable but the only niggle is I could feel the mattress buttons through the sheet so need extra thick protector on the bed, other than that it was perfect. Really appreciated the kettle, teas, coffees etc & toiletries. Also only 20 mins or so from town.Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic balance of rural with a comfy room and great restaurant. The EV charging is a great bonus. Many thsnks to all the staff for making us feel so welcome.

Lovley modern room ,very clean and great detail to everything you would need ,fantasic shower and constant hot water!! Very inportant .whole room had a great eye to detail, very geed nigh sleep .very peacefull xx

Room tired and not very clean.

The room here (room #1) was a good size, clean and comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised at how quiet it was, given my previous experiences with rooms over bars and restaurants, so that was nice. The continental breakfast was included, but I don’t remember seeing anything vegan, so I really didn’t partake of anything but coffee and juice. I arrived on Sunday afternoon, when it appeared that lots of people were just finishing up with Sunday lunch, so I got the last parking spot, but that probably wouldn’t have been an issue at other times. I didn’t have a meal or drinks here, but it looks like a nice little place. I didn’t have much contact with staff, other than a quick check in and check out, but the people I did see were very friendly. Overall I would recommend a stay here.

Nous sommes arrivés tard car la sortie du ferry à Poole était longue et au delà de l’horaire prévue et le pub était déjà fermé mais nous avons pu avoir quelqu’un au téléphone et tout s’est très bien passé. Nous avons juste été un peu déçus du petit déjeuner qui était très basique..

Quiet comfortable hotel, with an excellent restaurant Very helpful staff. Adequate carparking.. Highly recommended
