Excellent value. Clean room and very comfortable bed. Always enjoy staying here.

Staff were extremely polite and helpful, especially Molly. Room was very clean and comfortable. Parking was great and easy. Convenient location for The tank museum. Highly recommend.

Just crashed out all night

Clean, air conditioned room, comfy bed and mattress. Stayed on Friday and Sunday night (staff were less attentive on Sunday). Great value, handy location close to botanic garden and good stop off point East - West travel. Breakfast great choice continental and cereal. Great priced beer and drinks, good bar service

Excellent pub hotel for a goodnight sleep although can be busy until 11 due to downstairs pub which is understandable but a nice clean cosy room with en-suite. Reception team was lovely!

Lovely room, clean and spacious. Staff were very welcoming friendly and helpful. We ate in the hotel both nights of our stay and would highly recommend, food was delicious and the service was great.

The staff were very welcoming, very helpful, nothing too much trouble. The accommodation was excellent, very clean. The food was outstanding complimented the chef on the two nights that we were there. Certainly recommend this to friends. Would certainly stay there again.

Cleanest room ive stayed in so far. Staff were lovely and food was exceptional. Perfect area for our needs.

Room difficult to heat, but figured it out after 2 and 1/2 days, very difficult to see setting on the lcd display.

Brilliant value, accomdation comfortable, staff great, food and drink very good quality and great value. No hesitation to book again if in area.

The room was lovely and clean and although this is a pub it is so quiet on an evening the staff are really lovely and really handy is a train station close by so you can explore some beautiful coastline. the breakfast was lovely and just perfect for what you need, we had a couple of beers in the pub and even got an early night one evening and didnt hear any noise coming from downstairs the staff were thoughtful and attentive and were happy to answer questions and help when needed really a little gem we would stay here again it was perfect for our needs a beautiful cosy quiet hide away

Stay 3 nights a fresh towel would of been nice but overall a nice place

Nice place to stay, friendly staff decent continental breakfast good restaurant Sunday Lunch .No complaints at all.
