部屋は広くはなかったですが、ダブルベットでバスタブがあり、女性の1人旅には十分でした。また毎日清掃してもらえて、とても清潔で綺麗でした。スタッフは皆親切で、プールで泳ぐこともでき、５日間とても快適に過ごせました。また是非泊まりたいです！

ロンドン滞在中に2泊しました。ホテルには朝8時頃に着きましたが、荷物を預かってくれ、チェックイン時には部屋まで運び込んでくれていました。従業員の方も親切で、困っていると優しく声をかけてくれ、語学力が乏しくても快適な時間を過ごすことができました。なお、朝食なしのプランでしたが、1日目はホテルで食べたら、それなりの値段がしたので、2日目は外食しました。

I would like someone from Expedia to contact me about this booking urgently. The hotel acknowledged the room was unacceptable (I have an email trail to forward) and offered a refund of part of the rate but because I had prepaid via Expedia they then rescinded this?! I am therefore at a disadvantage for booking via Expedia for extremely sub par service and a terrible experience. I'm unsure why I would ever book via Expedia again if this is the outcome?! I do not recommend staying at this hotel, my stay was terrible.

Staff said they would call me when our room was available but didn’t, we also were told able the time restrictions for children to use the swimming pool prior to checking in - a hotel with a pool was the only reason we had booked this hotel.

This hotel is within a short walking distance from the major shopping areas on Oxford Street and Regent Street. It is also a short walk from Regents Park and Primrose Hill, ideal for a morning walk or run. The hotel restaurants are good and my room on the 7th floor was spacious (for London) with a nice marble bathroom. Even though it was so close to the West End shopping, the hotel itself is in a residential, not a commercial area - a definite plus.

10 to 15 min walk from Gare du Nord. Less than 5 mins from metro. Very nice hotel with good staff would recommend for a Paris break.

Too much furniture in room . Very little counter space. Staff were very attentive and were extremely friendly and helpful . Restaurant food was not of a high quality and our first waiter was very poor .

The hotel is located in a village setting with restaurants and stores throughout the area. The area has an upscale neighborhood feeling. The tourist destinations are reachable by Uber and taxi in Uber 20 minutes.
