The hotel istabit old but well maintenance Staff are very helpful .. My room got priblem with wire noise sounds by e Receipton staff in 8Mins that arrange new room for me location also located in heart of london ..very nice area

Staff there are very nice and helpful. However they don’t refill toiletries everyday

Beautiful rooms, spacious bathrooms, lovely bar with inventive cocktails, nice neighborhood for exploring in a perfect location, and little extra touches here and there make this the best hotel to stay in!

The room was very small for such a pricey hotel. The front desk was supposed to call or text when the room was ready, but they didn’t. When checking out, I wasn’t informed of a 5% service charge they tacked on. Also, even though I had a late checkout, the room key didn’t work and had to go to the front desk 3 times to get back into the room. Definitely not a 5 star hotel considering the room size and the terrible service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Clean, great pool and gym, cozy bed, in room amenities… third time here and I’ll be back soon.

We did not eat the breakfast at the hotel. Hotel was spotless. Air conditioning. It great wifi was spotty. Beds very comfortable, bathrooms was lovely.

I would like someone from Expedia to contact me about this booking urgently. The hotel acknowledged the room was unacceptable (I have an email trail to forward) and offered a refund of part of the rate but because I had prepaid via Expedia they then rescinded this?! I am therefore at a disadvantage for booking via Expedia for extremely sub par service and a terrible experience. I'm unsure why I would ever book via Expedia again if this is the outcome?! I do not recommend staying at this hotel, my stay was terrible.

Staff said they would call me when our room was available but didn’t, we also were told able the time restrictions for children to use the swimming pool prior to checking in - a hotel with a pool was the only reason we had booked this hotel.

Beautiful hotel and great location, excellent staff, very clean and comfortable- A long- ish walk to the metro (10-15 mins) is the only slight down side. In general, we highly recommend!!
