We had wonderful experience in England before coming this hotel, but the manager's arrogant manner blotted out our pleasant memories. He did not care how guests feel, and only insisted on his rights even while guests were enjoying breakfast. Although the hotel might be clean and expensive, we will not recommend staying this hotel, which is lucking in consideration to the guests.

It was room 50, at the top of the hotel, up two flights of stairs without working lift. Shabby bathroom, poor lighting and no full length mirror.

Room was spotless and the staff are brilliant

not the fanciest hotel but good in all respects - good quiet location yet still close to Heathrow airport

A bit noisy with people stomping around above but overall very nice and will definitely come here again.

The walls were paper thin you could hear everything, every time someone opened and closed the door to the annex building. The toilet leaked, the bed was sunken on one side. Overall, not a great experiance.

My stay was horrific. I paid £155 for this room. The carpets were filthy. The bed was broken. The bath didn’t drain correctly. The overflow on the bath was leaking so the water was going down into the room underneath the TV didn’t work not good at all Very run Down.

Dinner finishes at 8pm/ there is no room service. I was with my daughter for an early appointment and the tv wasn't working in either of our rooms, the staff said they'd help but then didn't. We had planned to watch tv and get room service and have an early night this wasn't possible. I upgraded us both to an executive room both were disabled rooms and both carpets were disgustingly filthy. My bathroom was very dirty and the shower sprayed everywhere as it was clogged with dirt. We went to have breakfast and my cutlery had food on and after the whole experience we couldn't face the food and left and had breakfast elsewhere, I am still waiting for my breakfasts to be refunded as we didn't have them. This is the first hotel I've stayed in on expedia that I would encourage them to remove, it definitely isn't a 4 star I would give it 2 but then with an expectation they clean the carpets and mould and have a better kitchen hygiene.

Booked an overnight stay before flying from Heathrow. Lovely peaceful hotel in beautiful surroundings. Staff all very friendly , single room but was plenty big enough. Parked right outside hotel . Restaurant food was really good . Only took me 20 mins to get to Heathrow the next morning , feeling relaxed and refreshed. Would highly recommend

Hotel need a renovation carpet was dirty and bath fixtures were broken.

Power outage meant room was unavailable until midnight. After being given room there was already another male occupant. Hotel now continues to ignore emails. Avoid.
