The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They asked if they needed a taxi. They provide water every day, so there is no need to buy it!

１階の公共スペースが工事中であった。外出しようとした時雨が降り出し、ホテルの傘の貸し出しがあったが、返却しないと課金をすると言われ、返却は当然のことであるのに言われ方が不愉快で借りるのを止めた。フロントでは、２０１７／３に宿泊予約し支払い済みだったが体調不良で宿泊出来なかったことに付き、バウチャーを示し返金を求めたが 入金はされておらず、ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡが懐に入れたとのことだった。本件ＥＸＰＥＤＩＡに伝えてもらうよう依頼したがなしのつぶてである。

開放的なラウンジあり。チェックインフロントと別にブッキングカウンターあり。マナ島へのボートもここで予約。洗濯も無料と良心的。全体的に清潔、明るい。アメニティも質が高い。 スバ中心地からは少し歩くが、許容範囲内。

It is good Hotel in Suva. Staff is eccelent, Room is clean, Bar is nice. The problrem that only I had is the next door of mine was too noisy by mid night. It seems that 4 or 5 people stay in the room. I doubt how the hotel secure the security ?

朝食が美味しい！ レパートリーも豊富で楽しい朝食でした。 宿泊プランはぜひ 朝食付きをオススメします。

3人でお邪魔しました。ダブルベッド＋ソファ（ベッド）で寝る予定でしたが、ソファはベッドにはできないタイプでした。困ってベルボーイに相談したところ、ダブルベッド＋シングルベッドの部屋に交換してくれました。差額もなしで。どうもありがとうございました。

Some Staff were not as attentive as others. Aaron was our server who stood out amongst them all..there was this young lady whom we gave our order ti. She turned around and left, making us think she took the order. 1 hr later o went to the front to order something quick since my son was hungry..voilaaaaa!!! No order was given to the kitchen for a chicken lasagna…OMGEE! That was very dissapointing… 2. Servers were passing by seeing our table was full of dirty dishes..no one even bothered to collect them…Is it because we were Fijian??? Treat all your customers the same, regardless of race, color or gender.. coz you never really know where they are from…. For a five star hotel, well known to the world, your waitresses and waiters can do better!

Great staff

Check in was not timely. Arrived 3pm. Didn’t get room till 6 pm .just had to wait and wait , with no communication. Was really frustrating.should get some refund. Thank you

Some areas where under construction which I wast aware. For Fiji where people are the nicest ever, the hotel crew did not give the same feel

I came in for Fiji funeral checked in late n returned from burial late for check out. They were very considerate to allow us to check out late given we only used the room 12 hrs. Vinaka n malo aupito

Super clean rooms, breakfast was very good, staff are very friendly, have free laundry service, only concern was that the restroom by the receptionist need to be paid more attention to it. It was very dirty. Linens n towels anre changed daily. Condiments are filled daily. The housekeeping person who was cleaning the second floor I believe her name was Mesi was super nice. Otherwise it’s a five star hotel.

Visited here a year ago the level of service and care has elevated since efficient professional team of staff and management food esp breakfast is too good thank you for the great work you all do will be leaving with fond memories and will surely return recommend to all

Bathroom floor got flooded from the shower - management was understanding and tried to make our stay special - rooms are dated, pricey - however ambience downstairs is lively.

Customer service and flexibility in serving people was lovely. Room was pretty good. Noce variety of meals too. Public toilet was not well maintained at all despite giving feedback to receptionist.

The Duty manager Leia Hussein was amazing along with Lydian’s Tamani front office manager. I left my gold chain in the locker in my room and I was in Sigatoka Fiji , when I noticed the chain missing . Leia did a amazing job finding a courier and delivering the chain to me in Sigatoka prior to my flight. Thank you so much Leia Hussein you are outstanding.

The staff was very helpful and took care of us throughout our stay. Assisted us with checking in and our luggage.
