I highly recommend this property for before and after international flights. It is well managed! The rooms are basic but well maintained for a moderate property. The coffee shop and dining area, as well as the gift shop are all well managed and exceeded expectations…great amenities to have for a layover. The pool area is also beautiful and well shaded and especially great for families with children due to the water slide. I would book here again for a lay over!

This accommodation was perfect for us as we were only staying one more night after leaving the island and flying back the next day rooms were clean, pool was great and food was also very good

設備はやや古めだが清潔。歯ブラシ、歯磨き粉、箱ティッシュは無い。テレビは映るが、Amazonプライムやネットフリックスは映らない。空港から歩いて6-7分で行けるので便利。朝食の開始時間が7時からなので早朝便に乗る人は朝食が食べられないかもしれない。ただそういう宿泊客用に特別なサービスがあるかは不明なのでホテルに確認するとよい。

静かな離れの部屋で良かったですが、歯ブラシなどが無かったのが残念でした。従業員の方は明るく接してくれて、気持ちよく過ごせました。空港から近いホテルでしたが、特に騒音を気にすることもありませんでした。チェックアウト後は、直ぐに空港へ送って貰えました。

We stayed in the 2 storey block, it almost feels like a prison cell, one side is windows/timber louvres looking towards AC units, the other side narrow slot windows by walkway, with dark ceilings and poor lighting. There is constant traffic noise by main road and airport. Uneven steps in the original stairs by the reception and 2 storey stairs are a bit of a hazard.
If staying in the villas which are more internal Im sure they are quieter with less road noise. However the internal Villas/covered walkways give it a hospital/campus feel.
Had frayed towels that they wouldn’t sell at an Op Shop.
There’s an ok breakfast, only instant coffee (they want you to buy decent from the new coffee house)
Good gym, but water cooler empty first thing,
Courtyard by pool/breakfast works.
As always friendly staff.

A great location being so close to the airport, for short stays its very convenient. The exterior and pool areas were very clean and well maintained.
Units were also clean, but could do with a makeover they look quite tired and dated. Otherwise the property was very good value for money

Modest, budget friendly resort. Rooms are clean and comfortable, kitchen has tasty food, there is a cafe on site for real coffee and there is a pool and slippery slide for the kids.

This property doesn’t provide simple things like tea/coffee and bottled water amenities in your room unlike most hotels. The hotel baggage help is poor, I called but no one showed up so had to carry my own bag from my room to the front desk to check out. The shuttle service was good. Overall I will give this hotel a 2 Star.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. They answered phone calls promptly. The bathroom needs to be addressed as I found not very clean esp the floor. The fridge is very run down and water in it were frozen. Need at least a bowl and some saucers that would be idle.

It was far from ideal, after we checked in, one of the staff members came and started kicking the door, when he had wrong card, due to mistakes by receptionist. Most of the evening we had no internet, shuttle to airport terminal was on time.

The breakfast buffet was plentiful and the room itself was okay. However, our stay was let down by poor communication and lack of attention to detail.Other guests did not respect the 10 PM quiet hours and spent nights partying until midnight. Housekeeping was also inconsistent; one day they removed a towel leaving us short for a couple, they forgot to replenish our toiletries, and every time they made the bed, the cushions and bed covers looked messy and out of place.Most frustratingly, this trip was for my husband's birthday. I requested a special surprise for the next morning on our arrival. They agreed, but nothing happened. When I followed up, I found out the team had not passed the information to each other. Although the lady at the bar offered to fix it after I complained, her attitude was quite dismissive, which was very disappointing.Ironically, we had dinner next door at the Gateway Hotel, and their service was amazing—they truly went the extra mile even though we weren't staying there. Overall, the stay was just okay, but small details make a big difference. Next time, we will try somewhere else.
