Great customer service, they make you feel home. When you are away from home. They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. They welcome ideas, they do go out of their way to cater. Defintely a great bar / with Chaisa, nibbles for drinks. Highly recommended.

Ac keep the room cool but you have options to choose ceiling fan as well. The staff are very friendly, and they served you and other customers with cold tropical juice on a sunny day while qued up to be serve at the reception desk. Highly recommend ! And will definately come back in the near future.

After spending a week at one of the Yasawa islands it was a great treat to spend a day at this resort and before we headed out to our next island. Pool was great, room was great and the food was great. Also close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. Would stay here again.

Haved stayed here in a family villa and a 1 bedroom villa, the 1 bedroom is a major upgrade with better cooking facilities and an actual bedroom. The family villa is a large studio.

Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel.

Two short stays with special requests. Neither of our requests, booked months in advance, were catered to on either stay. Better service next door at The Gateway Resort.

Ac keep the room cool but you have options to choose ceiling fan as well. The staff are very friendly, and they served you and other customers with cold tropical juice on a sunny day while qued up to be serve at the reception desk. Highly recommend ! And will definately come back in the near future.

Great little spot to stay for a few days. The breakfast offering was good and the facilities were easy to access. Lisa at the front desk was amazing! The only issue was the lack of free Wi-Fi. 1 device for 24 hours free then you pay. That felt a little behind with the times.

After spending a week at one of the Yasawa islands it was a great treat to spend a day at this resort and before we headed out to our next island. Pool was great, room was great and the food was great. Also close to the airport if you need to catch an early flight. Would stay here again.

The staff, restaurant/food, grounds and pool were great but the room was stark: shutters were broken, the window never had a lock on it, I had more water on the floor than in the shower stall when I used the handheld shower head-and don’t get me started on the sheets! The back door never locked but we never complained since the room faced a fenced in green space. However, the grass was overgrown and not worth sitting outside to look at it.

I recently retired after 45 years in the hotel industry. I've spent time with all sorts of properties and franchises and this was one of our absolute favorite vacations. The location and facilities are first rate, but you can't match is the friendliness if there staff with a special shout out to Apashna! She makes everyone feels so special.

This was my first time staying here, and it definitely won’t be my last. The staff were incredibly helpful and always a pleasure to deal with. 🙂 The continental breakfast was amazing and absolutely worth the money. Our rooms were consistently cleaned, and the only downside was that the hotel shop was quite expensive, so it was better to buy snacks and drinks outside the resort. Overall, my experience was a 10/10.

While this hotel is well located very near the airport there are some major shortcomings. There is no Wifi other than at the reception area. Apparently it has been a problem for some months and yet they still give you a wifi password at checkin and don't tell you it won't work in the room. The rooms are quite dated

The property is a little on the older side but is in excellent condition. The air conditioning in the room was wonderful. The pool was unique and beautiful. The water slide was scary though. The drinks by the bartenders were the best we had in Fiji. Absolutely delicious Mai Tai & Piña Colada. The breakfast buffet was a little basic.

Great customer service, they make you feel home. When you are away from home. They always have a smile. The breakfast is great, also request to make something is always encouraged. They welcome ideas, they do go out of their way to cater. Defintely a great bar / with Chaisa, nibbles for drinks. Highly recommended.

Haved stayed here in a family villa and a 1 bedroom villa, the 1 bedroom is a major upgrade with better cooking facilities and an actual bedroom. The family villa is a large studio.

Check in was long. It took some time for staff to figure out if a room was free when we arrived around 7 am. Receptionist seemed frazzled and overwhelmed. Multiple calls to someone and eventually told a room would be ready in 45 minutes. Of course it wasnt. More like 90 minutes but not after more phone calls back and forth with front desk staff lookong puzzled. Next time i will try the Gateway hotel.
