事前にチェックした口コミにあまりよくない投稿が多かったので覚悟して行きましたが、出張で行くにはベッドがあってお湯が出れば御の字ですし、それほど悪くありませんでした。何より治安のよいエリアで安心して出歩けました。入室時、前の人の髪が落ちていたり、清掃の甘さは感じましたが、滞在中のクリンナップはとても良かったです。場所の便利さは重要なので、また次回も利用すると思います。

グランドレベルにフロントがあり、エレベーターもあるため、荷物が多くても安心です。 メトロの8号線のFaidherbe - Chaligny駅が一番近いですが、1号線のReuilly - Diderot 駅も徒歩10分圏内で、リヨン駅やバスティーユ広場も10分強で歩いて行けるため、観光や買い物に最適な場所です。 また周辺にはレストランやバー、スーパーマーケット、パン屋さん、ケーキ屋さんなどがたくさんあり、マルシェも近く、食事にも便利なところでした。 僕が泊まった部屋は一人用で広くは無かったですが、清潔感があり、シャワーの水も勢いよく出るためとても快適でした。シャンプー、コンディショナー入りシャンプー、ボディーソープも毎日補充して頂けたので嬉しかったです。 冷蔵庫、寝間着、歯ブラシなどの設備、提供はありません。 お部屋の照明が特徴的で、室内や手元の明るさを自由に調整できるのも良かったです。 フロントの方々はみんな親切で、夜中に教えて頂いたレストランがとても良く、気に入りました。 またパリに行く機会があれば利用したいと思っています。

定宿です。妙に落ち着くからです。ベッドが大きめで、前に壁掛けのテレビ。ポップな室内。書き物をするには少し机と椅子は小さい。シャワーも少し狭め。しかし清潔に保たれている。何よりも包み込んでくれる安心感がある。照明のせいかな？そしてパリのリヨン駅から１０分から１５分以内にしては安い。いつもあまり外出をせずにこもってしまいます。ただしそれにしてはポット、冷蔵庫がないのは欠点。そして朝食は１３ユーロとするわりに果物はジュースしかありません。まあ近くにスーパーが何軒もあるしパン屋もあるからそこで買えば済みます。便利な地区です。そして好きな宿です。

For a low cost, very solid stay. Simple check in & out. Building & area felt safe enough. Lively neighborhood but the hotel is on a quiet street. They keep the room keys when you left which felt odd at first but ultimately it’s one less thing to lose. Desk always staffed. Wifi was finicky but mostly operational. I wouldn't recommend if fast connection is a priority. Rooms are small but perfectly functional. Staff refreshed the room everyday. A little rough around the edges, aged caulking in the bathroom, broken toilet buttons, minor, minor things. Why bother with an extra breakfast when there are innumerable cafes around? If you are planning to sleep & wash up here, it is perfect in my opinion. If you want lavish, maybe look further.

We stayed in a room right next to the elevator and you could hear it going up and down all night, as well as being able to hear everything through the doors. There may as well have not been a wall. The room wasn’t really anything like the picture. There also didn’t appear to be a smoke alarm in our room…

The linen of the room was horrible; seems clean but when you look closely it has a lot of pubic hair entangled with the bed linen. The lady front desk officer isn't friendly to answer guest's inquiries, we did even waited for her to finish recording the news about airbnb's before she attends to us. The guy front desk officer whose shift starts after her is more helpful and know's how hostality works for guests like us.

Aucun service dans cet hôtel. Pas de possibilité d'avoir un café ou une boisson. Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre. Les draps étaient propres mais avec quelques traces. 1 ampoule sur 2 fonctionnait. L'entrée dans la douche était acrobatique puisque le lavabo a été placé juste devant. Impossible de travailler puisque le réseau mobile semble difficile dans ces chambres (Orange comme Free) et que le wifi tournait entre 500k et 1mbs.

elevator not working - my parents had a hard time getting to 5th floor

TL:DR - Not perfect but great where it matters and I'd definitely stay there again. The Detail - The hotel's location is in a normal, working class area or Paris. It's fine, I never felt unsafe. Local bars & restaurants are good. Nearest Metro (Ledru Rollin) is about 7-10 minutes walk, Gare De Lyon 12-15 minutes. Hotel public areas are a little tired & scuffed up. My room was plain but everything worked & was spotlessly clean. Bathroom good, shower had excellent water pressure but was a little slow to drain. Not a big problem. The air con was brilliant, I actually had to back it off a bit, despite it being quite warm outside. Bed linens & towels spotless. Free hotel internet was pretty slow - I wouldn't be able to use it for work. The staff were friendly, helpful. I needed an ice pack keeping cool for keeping medicine chilled on my onward journey & this was accommodated without hesitation. The biggest disconnect is between the public photo's and the reality. They must show the best room, just after a refresh. I'd really like their website designer to revise my Tinder profile. That's not to say the hotel is bad....it's not. Just a little plain and in need of an update. It offers great value for money, I'd definitely stay there again and I'd recommend it. Oh, I've just remembered the safe. I couldn't get it to lock and it wasn't secured to anything anyway. I could put under my arm and walk off with it! But I never felt like my possessions were at risk.

Accueil assez froid. Hotel sans âme et vieillissant. Du coup cela ne m’a pas donné envie de prendre mon petit déjeuner sur place ce qui est rare. Point positif assez calme.

Emplacement climatisé, un must lors de la récente canicule!!

Couloir menant a la chambre en travaux et non sécurisé Seule fenêtre de la Chambre en RDC donnant directement sur la rue passante. Zero intimité a part en fermant tous les rideaux. Quand J'ai demandé à changer de chambre on m'a répondu qu'il n'y en avait pas d'autre. Puis en insistant une chambre est apparue. Mais l'employée était alors très désagréable, elle m'a tendu la clef sans m'indiquer où se trouver la nouvelle chambre.
