The location is ok and there are many shops near by

The location of this hotel is very good, and there are many good restaurant in walking distance. The size of room is alright, but there is only a small plastic table to place my belonging and my laptop. The breakfast is definitely not worth the price, with just very limit of choice.

Chambre spacieuse, calme, propre

This is a fairly good alternative for a single or couple who doesn’t look for luxury. It is a bare bones property. The pros: it’s in a location with two useful Metro lines close by, and is on a fairly inactive short street between two busy neighborhoods. There are ample bistros and restaurants with real Parisians rather than tourists. The cons: the ad implies that they speak English, but I had to rely on my high school French; the housekeeping is poor, only coming after you return from a day of sightseeing, then only making the bed but never changing the sheets; the breakfast is mid, and served in a tiny room that becomes claustrophobic with several guests eating at once. For a lower priced property it’s fine. For tourists who want a level of service and luxury, they might be disappointed.

Hôtel à fuir ! En très mauvais état, sale, personnel inefficace. Télévision qui ne fonctionne pas, volet cassé impossible à lever, saleté partout, distributeurs de savon vides dans la salle de bain, serviettes rêches, personnel qui met 30 minutes à sortir une simple facture et même pas conforme… Mauvaises odeurs. Je voyage beaucoup. Des fois c’est pas super top mais ça passe. Alors que dans cet hôtel, c’est terriblement catastrophique comme jamais. Je n’y suis resté qu’une nuit et suis parti à 6h30 le matin ne voulant pas rester une minute de plus. À fuir. Je ne comprends même pas que cet hôtel soit proposé sur le site. Un contrôle s’impose.

La pièce d’accueil est claire et agréable. La literie est confortable.

Isolation inexistante, oublié de serviette dans la chambre, obliger d aller à la réception pour en demander, on nous en a donné à moitié sales, pas d’ascenseur au moment du départ obliger de descendre les valises à pied. Douche pas terrible etc

Hôtel très bien situé. Propre et bien entretenu. Les chambres sont petites mais très agréable. N’hésitez pas !

La chambre était très agréable, calme, le personnel accueillant. Seul point négatif : le lit manque de fermeté.

Personnel bizarre, hotel en travaux, odeur de wc bouchés a l'accueil et cigarette froide dans la chambre. Dommage , literie et salle de bain plutot clean.

Il soggiorno, iniziato il 31/12, è stato segnato da gravissimi disservizi tecnici e una gestione del personale totalmente inadeguata. La camera presentava difetti strutturali (porta del bagno bloccata dal WC) e, soprattutto, l’assenza totale di acqua calda con temperature esterne di -3°. Il personale della reception improvvisato e privo di professionalità, limitandosi a fornire rassicurazioni false ("l'acqua tornerà tra 30 minuti") senza risolvere il problema. La direzione era assente e reperibile solo via WhatsApp. A causa dell'impossibilità di lavarsi abbiamo dovuto annullare il cenone prenotato. Nonostante le richieste, non è stato fornito nemmeno un bollitore per le emergenze (apparso poi "magicamente" il giorno dopo). Dopo un secondo giorno consecutivo senza acqua abbiamo preteso il trasferimento in un'altra struttura. Sebbene la richiesta sia stata esaudita, il cambio di posizione ha compromesso l'itinerario della vacanza. SI SCONSIGLIA VIVAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA
