Shower broken curtains hanging off reported and not repaired had to shower in another room but not moved room

La receptionist était très gentille et amical! Super génial et la chambre était bien pour mon voyage!

Service de nettoyage inexistant sur 4 jours Lits faits uniquement le deuxième jour. Draps et serviettes non changées pendant le séjour ! Seul compensation proposée :le changement de chambre et ce la veille du départ ! Petit déjeuner très décevant pour le prix :quantité insuffisante et peu varié, Tables salles et non débarrasser Très déçu de se séjour dans cette établissement où nous avions déjà séjourné plusieurs fois et où nous n’avions pas eu ce genre de désagréments pour des services qui sont bien évidemment prévu dans le prix , que nous avons bien réglé dans ça totalité et ce avant le séjour . Je pense qu’il serait souhaitable de Nous contacter afin de convenir d’une indemnisation pour ces manquements à vos obligations. MG

Great location for the beach and local restaurants. Hotel was clean but rooms were basic ideal for a short stay. Rooms could do with a deep clean and update. Reception staff very welcoming

Great room for families. My kids loved it. Great location. Easy to walk to the beach. Gold beach is awesome. Easy to visit D-day beaches from here.

Accueil agreable. Le seul probleme dans la salle de bain la baignoire a fuit énormément. Nous navons pas pu profiter de nous laver a cause de cela.

Excellent value hotel. Beds are comfy, staff are extremely friendly, location is brilliant. It's definitely not a luxury hotel, but is great for the price you pay. Clean, mini kitchen well equipped.

The staff were nice and friendly, a beautiful little hotel with great access for the area. The beach and historical sites nearby were wonderful to see. Breakfast was wonderdul and easy for the whole family. Definitely reccomend for any families looking to explore the coastal side of france !

Attention la réceptionniste nous a expliqué qu’il y avait des chambres type appartement et d’autres Hôtel Quand nous sommes arrivés à 23h30 après 8h de route les lits n’étaient pas fait … Nous n’avions pas les serviettes de toilettes. Chambre à rafraîchir : peintures touchées à plusieurs endroits Salle de bains : barre tenant les serviettes toute rouillée, fond des toilettes à faire détartrer Petits déjeuners correct mais sommaire

Séjour correct d'une nuit avec les enfants, dans une chambre mezzanine. Mobilier assez vétuste, salle de bain à refaire (lunette des WC à changer et très peu de debit d'eau) mais logement propre. C'est trop cher pour ce que c'est. Petit déjeuner très bien!

Accueil très sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et très propre. Salle d'eau un peu étroite à certains endroits pour une personne PMR. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible d'avoir le petit-déjeuner en chambre : un manque.

This is mostly a family-oriented beach resort hotel. The rooms were comfortable , if a little worn. It is right on the beach, and I imagine that in high-season, it is lively. We arrived on a Sunday evening and there was no place to eat within a good few kilometers. The price for the room was modest but I thought that breakfast was pricey. Not that it was bad—-just a little high for rather ordinary fair.

I did have a great stay and it has a potential to be a great hotel. They did upgrade us which was so nice but it’s the little things like having hooks to hang your towel in the bathroom, they ask you to reuse your towels then there should be some where to hang them. Unfortunately I found the downstairs bed to be lumpy and that I was pretty sore when I woke up in the morning. My sister slept upstairs and said that hers was fine. The breakfast was worth it in the morning as there was a good choice. This is a great spot to stay, we did for two days and used that time to see all of the landing beaches and a couple museums, I would stay here again.
