観光地へのアクセスのしやすさ、ベッドメイキングが綺麗だった

空港発のトラム2号線で向かいました。Durandy駅から8分ほど歩きました。スタッフの方達がとても親切で、チェックイン前に荷物を預かっていただき、ゆったり観光できました。お部屋は広く清潔です。とても暑い日だったので、お部屋に置かれたお水のボトルに助けられました。シャワーの水はどうしても床まで飛んでしまうため滑らないようご注意ください。寝具は心地よく、空調も問題なかったためぐっすり眠れました。朝食は種類が豊富で美味しかったです。館内にはたくさん絵画が飾られており、それを見るのも楽しめました。120%おすすめします。

There is always no one in charge of account. That's why it takes so much time to communicate. Boss is always out of hotel. Not like hotel. I'm also dissatisfied with Expedia!!! Due to the question and repuest, they don't answer. It still takes soooo much time. Can't believe it.

Very helpful, close to the center of the sity, staff were so kind with us. Also I liked their breakfast. If I would say just one thing, the boiled egg machine, you'll no longer be able to tell which belongs to whom😅

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Aston La Scala in Nizza war insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Dachterrasse sowie die hervorragende Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Erwartungen und war auf eher niedrigem Niveau. Zudem gab es im Zimmer zahlreiche Mängel: Im Badezimmer war vieles stark abgenutzt, der Schrank wies Risse im Glas auf und die Hotelhausschuhe waren neu jedoch total verschmutzt. Ebenfalls unangenehm war der Geruch, der aus dem Badezimmer kam, sowie die kühle Temperatur im Zimmer. Das Personal hinterliess einen gemischten Eindruck. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeitenden freundlich, teilweise jedoch eher launisch und wenig professionell. Besonders enttäuschend war eine Situation, in der uns auf Englisch in einem unfreundlichen Ton „What is your problem?“ gesagt wurde. Ein respektvollerer Umgang mit Gästen wäre wünschenswert.

Vi fick uppgradering till minisvit då det var vår bröllopsresa. Stora rum och badrum och en walk-in closeth. Skön, stor säng. Tyvärr ganska lyhört från såväl gatan utanför som rummet intill. Mycket bra frukost!

Hotel very well located, close to everything. Excellent breakfast at a good price. However, the bathroom maintenance left much to be desired. There was practically no water pressure, and we had to ask an electrician to fix the light switch, which was broken. The walls are so thin you can hear all the neighbors. Also, be aware that dogs are allowed, so there is dog noise at all hours of the day and night.

Absolutely fabulous stay once again. Can not recommend this hotel enough… from the location to the most friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and roof top terrace. We will be back….Cant wait to return.

Awesome property. We hadn't been in 30 years. Classic property. Staff was wonderful. The food was great. Just a great stay overall

The room is very spacious and modern, comfortable everything needed. They have an issue with sound proofing the ones overlooking the street. The windows are not sound proof and with the a/c policy if the weather is unseasonably warm, the a/c doesn't work and if you open the windows the street noise won't let you sleep. Not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, central to seeing everything in Nice. Good selection at breakfast. Staff particularly helpful & friendly. We hope to stay again

Location is this hotel’s main selling point. I knew it wouldn’t be the best hotel, but I was still disappointed. In our specific case, our flight was canceled, and we were going to arrive a day later. I called the hotel to let them know, and they said the room would be ready for us as soon as we arrived the morning after our scheduled arrival. When we finally arrived, tired and 12 hours late, having been awake since 3:30 a.m., they informed us that the room wasn’t ready. I asked how that could be, since we were supposed to arrive the day before and they had promised to have the room ready. The explanation was that they had delayed cleaning because they knew we would be arriving late. They offered us an upgraded room (which required even more waiting time) and breakfast, but that didn’t solve the immediate problem—we just wanted to get an hour or two of sleep so we could then enjoy our vacation. I knew the quality wouldn’t be top-notch, but no matter how many stars a hotel has, certain things just have to work, like check-in. The hotel is in poor condition but the location is excellent.

The breakfast was Excelent and the hotel was beautiful, but there several issues with our room, including a broken telephone, plugs, and the shower could only be used if bending down very low. Alos while the staff was friendly anything we asked for (extra blanket) was very slow and in the case of the phone never got fixed (after asking twice on 2 separate days). The area is beautiful and if you have a young child with you the park across the street is amazing but there are other cheaper hotels close with I imagine fewer issues. I’m not not recommending it, I just would not actively recommend it.
