직원들이 너무 친절하고 위치도 좋아요!

높은층의 전망좋은방을 주신것은 참 감사합니다 하지만 객실은 사진과는 너무많이 달랐고 샤워기의 온도조절은 거의불가능했으며 전화기는 고장난 상태로 몇번을 고쳐달라고했지만 와보지도 않았습니다 침대는 아주작은배드 두개를 붙여놓았는데 가운데가 기울어지고 벌어져 너무 불편했습니다 전체적으로 직원은 예의가 없으며 와이파이는 거의 되지않았습니다 남프랑스 마지막 여행지로 모든것이 좋았고 모두가 친절했으나 이 호텔로 니스에대한 인상이 좋지않게 남았습니다 추천하지 않습니다

The hotel is very well located on the beautiful Promenade Park and walking distance from the old town area. There are plenty of restaurants around as well. The buffet was very nice, but I wouldn’t really rave about it. It was slightly more Grand than the general regular US Hotel included breakfast. It included: chafing dishes with some hot breakfast items a selection of fruits, selection of baked goods, cereals, and beverages. We had a comfort level room. It was clean, sparse and small, but adequate for its use also included a sizable safe.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel Aston La Scala in Nizza war insgesamt nicht zufriedenstellend. Besonders gefallen haben uns die schöne Dachterrasse sowie die hervorragende Lage des Hotels in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Stadtzentrum. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten waren bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Leider entsprach die Sauberkeit nicht unseren Erwartungen und war auf eher niedrigem Niveau. Zudem gab es im Zimmer zahlreiche Mängel: Im Badezimmer war vieles stark abgenutzt, der Schrank wies Risse im Glas auf und die Hotelhausschuhe waren neu jedoch total verschmutzt. Ebenfalls unangenehm war der Geruch, der aus dem Badezimmer kam, sowie die kühle Temperatur im Zimmer. Das Personal hinterliess einen gemischten Eindruck. Teilweise waren die Mitarbeitenden freundlich, teilweise jedoch eher launisch und wenig professionell. Besonders enttäuschend war eine Situation, in der uns auf Englisch in einem unfreundlichen Ton „What is your problem?“ gesagt wurde. Ein respektvollerer Umgang mit Gästen wäre wünschenswert.

Vi fick uppgradering till minisvit då det var vår bröllopsresa. Stora rum och badrum och en walk-in closeth. Skön, stor säng. Tyvärr ganska lyhört från såväl gatan utanför som rummet intill. Mycket bra frukost!

Sentralt plassert hotell, slitent bad men fin balkong. Fryktelig service ved takbaren i syvende.

Hotel very well located, close to everything. Excellent breakfast at a good price. However, the bathroom maintenance left much to be desired. There was practically no water pressure, and we had to ask an electrician to fix the light switch, which was broken. The walls are so thin you can hear all the neighbors. Also, be aware that dogs are allowed, so there is dog noise at all hours of the day and night.

Absolutely fabulous stay once again. Can not recommend this hotel enough… from the location to the most friendly staff to the beautiful rooms and roof top terrace. We will be back….Cant wait to return.

Awesome property. We hadn't been in 30 years. Classic property. Staff was wonderful. The food was great. Just a great stay overall

The room is very spacious and modern, comfortable everything needed. They have an issue with sound proofing the ones overlooking the street. The windows are not sound proof and with the a/c policy if the weather is unseasonably warm, the a/c doesn't work and if you open the windows the street noise won't let you sleep. Not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Location is this hotel’s main selling point. I knew it wouldn’t be the best hotel, but I was still disappointed. In our specific case, our flight was canceled, and we were going to arrive a day later. I called the hotel to let them know, and they said the room would be ready for us as soon as we arrived the morning after our scheduled arrival. When we finally arrived, tired and 12 hours late, having been awake since 3:30 a.m., they informed us that the room wasn’t ready. I asked how that could be, since we were supposed to arrive the day before and they had promised to have the room ready. The explanation was that they had delayed cleaning because they knew we would be arriving late. They offered us an upgraded room (which required even more waiting time) and breakfast, but that didn’t solve the immediate problem—we just wanted to get an hour or two of sleep so we could then enjoy our vacation. I knew the quality wouldn’t be top-notch, but no matter how many stars a hotel has, certain things just have to work, like check-in. The hotel is in poor condition but the location is excellent.
