The room wasn't ready when we checked in, and we have to switch between rooms for many times. As the room we booked was ready we finally switched back. The rooftop swimming pool was small and didn't open during evening. An average level but great location.

The room is very spacious and modern, comfortable everything needed. They have an issue with sound proofing the ones overlooking the street. The windows are not sound proof and with the a/c policy if the weather is unseasonably warm, the a/c doesn't work and if you open the windows the street noise won't let you sleep. Not acceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Great hotel, central to seeing everything in Nice. Good selection at breakfast. Staff particularly helpful & friendly. We hope to stay again

Location is this hotel’s main selling point. I knew it wouldn’t be the best hotel, but I was still disappointed. In our specific case, our flight was canceled, and we were going to arrive a day later. I called the hotel to let them know, and they said the room would be ready for us as soon as we arrived the morning after our scheduled arrival. When we finally arrived, tired and 12 hours late, having been awake since 3:30 a.m., they informed us that the room wasn’t ready. I asked how that could be, since we were supposed to arrive the day before and they had promised to have the room ready. The explanation was that they had delayed cleaning because they knew we would be arriving late. They offered us an upgraded room (which required even more waiting time) and breakfast, but that didn’t solve the immediate problem—we just wanted to get an hour or two of sleep so we could then enjoy our vacation. I knew the quality wouldn’t be top-notch, but no matter how many stars a hotel has, certain things just have to work, like check-in. The hotel is in poor condition but the location is excellent.

The breakfast was Excelent and the hotel was beautiful, but there several issues with our room, including a broken telephone, plugs, and the shower could only be used if bending down very low. Alos while the staff was friendly anything we asked for (extra blanket) was very slow and in the case of the phone never got fixed (after asking twice on 2 separate days). The area is beautiful and if you have a young child with you the park across the street is amazing but there are other cheaper hotels close with I imagine fewer issues. I’m not not recommending it, I just would not actively recommend it.

Great location and value for money. Bathroom shower very basic and not great. Tea and coffee wasn’t replenished but should have been so a little frustrating. But overall a great stay and would go back. We didn’t eat in the hotel so can’t review the food. Has 3 comfortable nights there.

Overall we had a nice stay, room Was clean , most of the staff were pleasant, breakfast was good. Location is excellent close to new and old town. I have stayed here in the past and didn’t appreciate that the pool and sun loungers were only open after may 15th unfortunately this wasn’t on the website so I assumed it would be available. We asked if we could have a lounger on the upstairs terrace we were told they were not available until 15th may . Drinks and food were still available on the upstairs terrace so the hotel were happy to have customers on the terrace but not happy to allow customers to have a sun lounger this was disappointing as one of the main reasons of choosing the hotel was for the roof terrace facilities. On the first day we mentioned to the reception staff that there was no aircon working in the room we were told it was not available until The 15 th may this was disappointing as the temperatures in the room were high it was 24 degrees outside and this would have made the room more comfortable. We also reported that the sink had a crack in it the bath plug was broken and damaged and the bedside lamps were broken but nothing was done to mend any of these things during our stay. The towel radiator in the bathroom was not working to dry towels when they were wet we were told this was not available until may 15 th although I didn’t understand why as it would have been more convenient to dry . We noticed aircon was working in the 7th floor bar and restaurant.

Very helpful and friendly staff; always on hand and super-willing to help. Comfortable room, great location. The variety of options for breakfast was comprehensive and enjoyable. Third time staying, many more to come I am sure.

Prachtige kamer, vriendelijk onthaal. Idd veel zakenreizigers, perfecte locatie hiervoor. Ook voor vakantie. Centraal gelegen. Dichtbij openbaar vervoer. Heel verzorgd.

Et hotel der har en rigtig god placering. Desværre er hotellet kun delvist moderniseret, så der er lidt mangler rundt omkring. F.eks. er senge sat sammen af forskellige størrelse bund og top så de let forrykker sig om natten og man let kommer til at ligge i mellemrummet mellem dem to madrasser da der kun er en dune. Morgenmaden er rigtig god, men desværre er der ikke nok til alle gæster, da der ikke løbende fyldes op. Kom derfor omkring kl. 7 da der kl. 8 vil være begrænset udvalg. Særligt attraktivt er hotels tagterrasse hvor man har en flot udsigt over byen, og hvor det er hyggeligt at nyde et glas vin.

Chambre agréable et propre. Idéalement placée en ville.

La chambre se trouvait au 4eme étage mais très mal insonorisé avec un bruit de la rue comme si on y était sans fenêtre et au rez-de-chaussée.

Personalet var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Mit værelse var lidt slidt, men ellers pænt, rent og meget behageligt. God morgenmad, fremragende beliggenhed. Jeg ville helt sikkert komme tilbage .
