部屋にアメニティやティッシュがないため、電車やフライトの乗り継ぎのための一泊短期滞在向け。

施設の改修後らしく部屋は綺麗で暖房も良く効いてました。 チェックイン時間よりも早く着いたのですが部屋に入れていただき、チェックアウト時には荷物の預かりもして頂きました、エレベーターが一人乗りなので施設評価を⭐️一つ下げていますがパリの安いホテルではあるだけ有り難いと思う、また近くには食べ物屋が沢山あり値段もお手頃の価格、バス停が目の前、地下駅が近く治安が良くない地域と言われているが便利に過ごす事が出来ました。

パリ東駅や北駅から徒歩圏内で、とても便利な立地にあります。 事前情報で治安面を心配していましたが、人通りも多く夜でも特に問題なかったです。 お部屋や水回りも清潔感があり、周辺の同クラスのホテルと比べるとコスパも良く、また利用したいと思います。

No A/C for two nights in the winter. Stuff was good. They offered free breakfast.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean with new towels everyday which is a plus. The location was perfect, close to public transport which gets you to the main sightseeing tourist places in Paris. The reason for the OK rating is the fact that there was zero heating in our room. December is cold and with children in a room at 10°F (-2°C) we had no choice but to sleep with layer. We like the cold but the room was even colder then outside. We were told that the heating was being fixed but due to the holiday it was not fixed during our stay. We could not switch rooms since the hotel was booked to capacity. Free breakfast was offered on our last morning there but we left too early to be able to eat. If it was not for the room's freezing temperatures we would have loved to stay here again.

The heating was not working during the stay. Front desk staff told us to pay city tax before informing us of the issue. They mentioned that the issue will be fixed within 24hrs but it never happened. Ended up of sleeping in very cold rooms for 2 nights. Left paris with sore throat and fever. Room service was not done as well

It's a place to sleep. That's about it. The location is great though.

I had a very good stay at Hotel Alsac the place was clean, comfortable, and calm The staff were kind and helpful, and the location was convenient

Da migliorare la zona colazione davanti all’ ingresso con la porta che si apre e in inverno entra freddo . L’ assenza dell’ ascensore.

Aircondition på vores værelse var i stykker, og det var mega koldt, hotellet kan desværre ikke gøre noget, vi fik dog ekstra dyner. Afløb under håndvasken var utæt, den dryppede og så er der hellere ikke varmt vand i håndvasken. Rengøring var ikke særlig god generelt, virkede meget beskidt overalt. Beliggenhed er god, lige ved metro station.

Petit déjeuner un peu limiter mais ce qu’il y avait était bon. Par contre la salle des petits déjeuner c’est le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel ! Donc énormément de monde qui passe avec valises , la porte d’entrée s’ouvre tout le temps donc entrée du froid …..pas confortable du tout . De plus le prix est élevé par rapport au choix donné

Clean room , accessible to train station Gare de lest and Metro , plenty of restaurants and brasserie outside, overall convenient stay, staff are nice

Petite, typiquement parisienne

Room was quite large for Paris standards but the bathroom was very small. Elevator only goes to level 5 so we had to carry heavy bags to level 6. Staff were efficient.
