Hotel placement is good and staff is very helpful and nice. Breakfast is yummy. Only the bathroom the door is not smooth to closed。 Anything is Ok。

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean with new towels everyday which is a plus. The location was perfect, close to public transport which gets you to the main sightseeing tourist places in Paris. The reason for the OK rating is the fact that there was zero heating in our room. December is cold and with children in a room at 10°F (-2°C) we had no choice but to sleep with layer. We like the cold but the room was even colder then outside. We were told that the heating was being fixed but due to the holiday it was not fixed during our stay. We could not switch rooms since the hotel was booked to capacity. Free breakfast was offered on our last morning there but we left too early to be able to eat. If it was not for the room's freezing temperatures we would have loved to stay here again.

The heating was not working during the stay. Front desk staff told us to pay city tax before informing us of the issue. They mentioned that the issue will be fixed within 24hrs but it never happened. Ended up of sleeping in very cold rooms for 2 nights. Left paris with sore throat and fever. Room service was not done as well

It's a place to sleep. That's about it. The location is great though.

Da migliorare la zona colazione davanti all’ ingresso con la porta che si apre e in inverno entra freddo . L’ assenza dell’ ascensore.

Aircondition på vores værelse var i stykker, og det var mega koldt, hotellet kan desværre ikke gøre noget, vi fik dog ekstra dyner. Afløb under håndvasken var utæt, den dryppede og så er der hellere ikke varmt vand i håndvasken. Rengøring var ikke særlig god generelt, virkede meget beskidt overalt. Beliggenhed er god, lige ved metro station.

Petit déjeuner un peu limiter mais ce qu’il y avait était bon. Par contre la salle des petits déjeuner c’est le hall d’entrée de l’hôtel ! Donc énormément de monde qui passe avec valises , la porte d’entrée s’ouvre tout le temps donc entrée du froid …..pas confortable du tout . De plus le prix est élevé par rapport au choix donné

Room was quite large for Paris standards but the bathroom was very small. Elevator only goes to level 5 so we had to carry heavy bags to level 6. Staff were efficient.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, staff was courteous. Our room was small, but faced the courtyard so it was very quiet at night. The shower stall has no door so water floods the bathroom floor. Elevator is very small. My wife and I couldn't come up with our suitcases. Those with mobility challenges may want to consider a lower floor. Hotel is across the street from the railway station, so good connections. Many restaurants in the area,

Accueil assez spécial, porte automatique désactivée par le commis nous laissant dehors à la pluie. On imagine parce qu'il avait 5 personne (même groupe) au comptoir. Ensuite on le regardait travailler sur son ordi pendant que l'on attendait qu'il daigne nous regarder. Très bruyant, pas d'isolation entre les chambres. Nous n'avons pas été chanceux, on nous marchait sur la tête et on avait des voisins qui parlait fort comme s'ils étaient seuls, douches et séchoir à cheveux jusqu'à 2 heures de la nuit. Nuit horrible et nous avons trouver une autre place pour les 2 autres nuits que nous avions déjà payées sans remboursement.
