Room was great, quite small but the beds were comfy and the AC in the room was really nice. Staff were kind and helpful. Really close to Gare de Est and to the metro and lots of dining options close by!

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel room was clean with new towels everyday which is a plus. The location was perfect, close to public transport which gets you to the main sightseeing tourist places in Paris. The reason for the OK rating is the fact that there was zero heating in our room. December is cold and with children in a room at 10°F (-2°C) we had no choice but to sleep with layer. We like the cold but the room was even colder then outside. We were told that the heating was being fixed but due to the holiday it was not fixed during our stay. We could not switch rooms since the hotel was booked to capacity. Free breakfast was offered on our last morning there but we left too early to be able to eat. If it was not for the room's freezing temperatures we would have loved to stay here again.

The heating was not working during the stay. Front desk staff told us to pay city tax before informing us of the issue. They mentioned that the issue will be fixed within 24hrs but it never happened. Ended up of sleeping in very cold rooms for 2 nights. Left paris with sore throat and fever. Room service was not done as well

Room was quite large for Paris standards but the bathroom was very small. Elevator only goes to level 5 so we had to carry heavy bags to level 6. Staff were efficient.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable, water pressure was good, staff was courteous. Our room was small, but faced the courtyard so it was very quiet at night. The shower stall has no door so water floods the bathroom floor. Elevator is very small. My wife and I couldn't come up with our suitcases. Those with mobility challenges may want to consider a lower floor. Hotel is across the street from the railway station, so good connections. Many restaurants in the area,

(Rate: 1/10) I do not recommend this hotel. The condition of the room was quite poor. The wall around the light switch was chipped and discolored, and although there was a TV, it didn’t turn on and seemed to be broken. The wooden sliding door for the bathroom was so stiff that I wondered if it was damaged, and it was difficult to open and close. The overall room design was also not very appealing.　ここのホテルはおすすめしません。部屋の状態はかなりひどいものでした。ライトのスイッチ周りの壁は剝げ落ちて色もムラになっており、テレビもありましたが故障していて電源が入りませんでした。バスルームのスライドドアは木製で、壊れているのかと思うほど動きが重く、開け閉めに苦労しました。部屋のデザインもあまり良いとは言えません。部屋もエレベーターも異常に狭く、とても窮屈に感じました。唯一良かった点を挙げるなら、立地です。パリ東駅まで徒歩5分以内で行けるため、東駅発の特急に乗る必要があった私には便利でした。終電に乗り遅れて、仕方なく泊まるという状況であればまだしも、それ以外の理由では絶対におすすめできません。私はもう二度とここには泊まりたくありません。

Nice hotel, very clean, good welcome and a generously sized room with decent facilities. Not the hotel’s fault but it was really noisy in the street until the small hours. Unfortunately I had to leave early so I didn’t opt for breakfast.
