オテル ドゥ リル

滞在中に個人的な困難が発生したのですが，親身になって対応していただき大変感謝しております．安心して滞在できるとても良いホテルです．周囲環境も良く，静かだし，旧市街からも近いです．レストランも豊富です．

全体的に普通でした。 まず、ホテルスタッフは適切に案内してくれました。エレベーターがないと言われたので、どうしようと思ったら、フロントの女性が重いスーツケースを部屋まで持っていってくれました。今思うとチップ渡すべきだったと後悔しています。また、これだけ親切なスタッフだったので、お勧めのブラスリーやら観光場所を積極的に聞けば良かったと後になって後悔しています。 フランスに到着した最初の宿泊ホテルだったので、無事に駅からホテル迄たどり着けるか不安でしたが、トラム1番線のGAILLEから徒歩5～7分でホテルに辿り着けました。 私は極度の方向音痴ですが、道もシンプルで分かりやすいですし、世界遺産のストラスブール教会にも徒歩で行けます。 エアコン付きだとプラス3ユーロと言われたので、昼が暑かったので了承しましたが、夜は涼しかったので、エアコンは結局使いませんでした。(但し、私の宿泊時期は6月です。真夏の夜は暑いかもしれません) 部屋も一番安い部屋でしたので、二人で泊まるには狭い ですが、一人だったので不便に感じませんでした。清掃も比較的行き届いていました。

このホテルの評価が高いのはなぜ？写真でのイメージも違うし、料金もホテルズコムのシングル料金とホテルでのダブル料金が一緒だった。チェックイン時、「ダブルにしてますよ」と、まるでアップをした様に言われたが、室内の料金表には予約時と同じ料金が書いてあった。確かに立地は良いが、スタッフによっては、お湯さえＮＯ！と言われた。二度と泊まらない。

This is a lovely hotel that is clean and close to the sites of the city. You are within walking distance to the Petite France district which houses the cathedral, Christmas markets, shopping and many restaurants. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a wonderful perk with generous offerings. We were, however; disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were made to wait some time and not given appropriate information for our stay including; check-out times, cleaning, the location of our apartment and assistance with our baggage even though we requested it. We were also given the keys to the wrong room and entered a room that was occupied. Our keys never worked throughout our entire stay and we had to get new ones every time we came and left which was quite inconvenient. We were told that we could not lock our room from the inside as this is why the keys were not working, which made us quite uncomfortable, We also requested cleaning and left our door sign out from 11am-11pm and our room was never cleaned. We really enjoyed the room and location of the hotel, but the service left something to be desired.

Location is fantastic. Photos of exterior are not available on we site, which made it hard to understand that it's exterior is just a door on a busy street. Photos of rooms are representative. breakfast hit or miss as far as heat of goods offered. Breakfast didn't change. always had scrambled eggs (sometimes cold and barely cooked), bacon (as sometimes cold), baguette (no toaster), pastries, deli meat and cheese, and 1 coffee machine which was always busy. Beds comfortable, but sheets were rough or well worn. Would stay here again. Location to Christmas markets is very walkable and beautiful.

We reserved an apartment. It wasn’t ready when we arrived. We went to explore the town. Came back got our key, come to find out it was already occupied. Went back down to the front desk. They gave my husband and I a one bedroom apartment and asked my son to stay in a separate room for free due to insurance purposes. Was disappointed. We asked if we could purchase breakfast, their response not possible it’s already booked.

Staff was incredibly helpful, room was wonderful, and the location was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very clean, very friendly and helpful staff. Very close to the cathedral and old town so you can go back to your room as you need throughout the day!

Small hotel, ideally located for visiting the city. Yes, rooms are small but they were more than adequate for our stay. Breakfast was included there was a good choice. You could get tea and coffee at any time day or night which was a nice touch. All of the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

We were two couples staying in Standard rooms. Both were very tired although obviously clean. Needing updating to flooring, painting etc. The shower in one bathroom leaked over the floor and had no holder to put the shower head in. It is such a shame. The staff are lovely and the location perfect, near to the old town, cathedral etc. But the condition of the rooms needs to be addressed for us to recommend a return.

Hotel L'lll has a pleasant staff and check in was easy. Our room was a handicap room and the bathroom was roomy. The breakfast was nice and a coffee machine is available 24 hours. It is a great location.

Väldigt trevligt läge, nära till allt men ändå lugnt. Hjälpsam personal och trevlig frukost.

La camera è molto piccola e buia (illuminazione quasi assente). Non c’è spazio neppure per appoggiare una valigia. Insonorizzazione assente e chiunque passi nel corridoio è come fosse in camera. Colazione discreta e posizione ottima per visitare la città.

El hotel es muy modesto, no está a la altura de 3*. Eso sí, muy nuevo, muy limpio y muy amables. Dan café y bollos gratis todo el día, lo que hace que les suba la puntuación.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel L’Ill in Strasbourg! The service was outstanding—every staff member was warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location is perfect, tucked away in a quiet spot but still just a short walk from the heart of the old town and all the main sights. The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. The entire hotel was clean and comfortable, and I felt very well looked after throughout my stay. Highly recommend this place if you’re visiting Strasbourg—great value, wonderful people, and an unbeatable location.

Gute Lage, viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind zu Fuss innerhalb 15-30 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Abzug, Rührei, Speck, etc. waren am Frühstücksbuffet kalt. Sehr warm im Zimmer und der Ventilator hilft nur bedingt.

Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de cet hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation Proche du centre et proche d'un parking souterrain Personnel parfait et à l'écoute Ma note serait de 9/10
