住了三天覺得不錯，房間舒適乾淨，但浴室有一點小，住在一樓不用搬行李廂很方便，大廳wifi訊號佳，房間裡訊號較弱一點，飯店服務人員態度非常棒。

This hotel and the location was amazing and even more amazing was the staff. I loved it here. The room was perfect and they got everything right and was very accommodating. Great place!

Die Lage ist toll, man kann alles zu Fuß machen. Parkmöglichkeiten vor der Tür sind knapp und werktags sehr teuer, fußläufig 6-7 Minuten gibt es ein gutes Parkhaus mit akzeptablen Tagespauschalen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war außerordentlich gut, nur leider ist der Frühstücksraum sehr klein und zu den Hauptzeiten sitzt man sehr eng.

Super Lage, sehr zentral. Gutes Frühstück. Zimmer sehr klein.

Excelente hotel! Definitivamente volvería! Muy recomendado, muy buenas amenidades y servicio excepcional!

Fantastic breakfast. Fabulous location. Staff super friendly. Hotel close to Cathedral Notre Dame. If I come back to Strasbourg, I would stay here again!! What a gem!!

Första rummet vi fick var väldigt enkelt. Nästa natt fick vi byta rum och det blev då en mycket bättre upplevelse med lite bättre standard.

Overall, the location and services of this hotel are fine, the staff is good, breakfast is fine. It all comes down to the room we had, 01 right outside off the lobby. This room is not acceptable for a modern tourist hotel. The bathroom was not separated from the rest of the room at all and the shower flooded the whole bathroom area. Outside the room, other guests and staff used the small courtyard as a smoking area and it was often completely smoke filled and smoke smelling. All but the room were ok for us

This is a lovely hotel that is clean and close to the sites of the city. You are within walking distance to the Petite France district which houses the cathedral, Christmas markets, shopping and many restaurants. We stayed in an apartment which was lovely, it was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The breakfast is a wonderful perk with generous offerings. We were, however; disappointed with the service we received. Upon arrival, we were made to wait some time and not given appropriate information for our stay including; check-out times, cleaning, the location of our apartment and assistance with our baggage even though we requested it. We were also given the keys to the wrong room and entered a room that was occupied. Our keys never worked throughout our entire stay and we had to get new ones every time we came and left which was quite inconvenient. We were told that we could not lock our room from the inside as this is why the keys were not working, which made us quite uncomfortable, We also requested cleaning and left our door sign out from 11am-11pm and our room was never cleaned. We really enjoyed the room and location of the hotel, but the service left something to be desired.

Location is fantastic. Photos of exterior are not available on we site, which made it hard to understand that it's exterior is just a door on a busy street. Photos of rooms are representative. breakfast hit or miss as far as heat of goods offered. Breakfast didn't change. always had scrambled eggs (sometimes cold and barely cooked), bacon (as sometimes cold), baguette (no toaster), pastries, deli meat and cheese, and 1 coffee machine which was always busy. Beds comfortable, but sheets were rough or well worn. Would stay here again. Location to Christmas markets is very walkable and beautiful.
