螺旋階段でスーツケース運ぶのが大変

壁は薄い。利便は良い。

This hotel is located between the central station and main sightseeing spots. There are several supermarkets and restaurants around the hotel. Although the room was cozy, it was clean and comfortable. Also, wi-fi connection was OK. I am very satisfied with the price and quality.

3月上旬に2泊しました。 エントランスはボタンを押して鍵を開けてもらいます。エレベーターはありません。2つ星ホテルなので自分で荷物を部屋まで持っていかなくてはなりませんので、大きな荷物がある方は大変だと思います。私の泊まった部屋は通りに面していて、窓も2つ有り明るかったです。 とにかく狭いです。バスルームもかなり狭いです。2人で泊まるにはきついと思います。 部屋の中をよく見ると、埃だらけだったり、バスアメニティの共用のソープが残りわずかで、いつ補給すろのだろう?という状態です。毎日部屋の清掃有り。となってますが、実際にはタオルの交換だけです。シーツは交換してないです。 ヘアドライヤーはリクエストとなってましたので、フロントで借りたいと言ったのですが、あいにく全て貸し出されてたようで借りれなかったです。エアコンはありましたが、23度設定で温度調整できない様でした。寒かったです。 お値段的に仕方ないのかな?と思いますが、次泊まることはないと思います。

部屋は40番代で5F、エレベーターがないので荷物を運ぶのには苦労した。 部屋がすごく狭い、ベッド以外のスペースが非常に狭く窮屈感あり。 まだ施設があたらしのか、ユニット式のシャワー・トイレは綺麗、ここも狭い。 wifiは快適。 すぐ近くに大きなスーパーマーケットあるので買い物は便利、駅・キャピトルに近いのも良い。

Chemin d'Arlesでの巡礼路の2nd leg を終えてTLSより帰国前の一泊だったので、ゆっくり眠れるベッドさえあれば良い、という滞在であった。その意では狭い部屋でも十分に目的に遭っていた。中央駅、バスターミナルに近く、付近にレストラン、スーパーマーケットがあるのも良い、WiFiも良好。

Bien ubicado y muy buena habitación

Oh my this place is horrible-please don’t stay here. Room smelled cigarettes and my clothes when I checked out smelled like cigarettes. I had to open the window to vent it out since the AC was not working. booking says including AC but apparently they don’t want to turn it on. Pillows are super thin and uncomfortable and I had so many mosquito bites I hope I don’t get sick. The owner should be ashamed it’s not it as if the cost is cheap, I paid good amount of money but the hotel is so run down. The sink clogged, it took a while to drain it, annoying. And the bathroom is just so small. Staff were fine, it’s the owner who should evaluate the condition and service of his hotel. Terrible stay. Can I give zero star. Que Horror.

Hotel super bien place a un prix accessible, j'ai mes préférences a toulouse quand je suis de passage et hotel pastel fais partie !!! et en plus a chaque fois je suis surclassé ,la aussi j'ai eu droit a un studio complètement équipé avec cuisine ,grand lit ,grande salle de bain ,avec balcon vu sur l'avenue, avec les commerces, bar resto fast food, tres animé,j'adore prendre le petit-déjeuner sur le balcon avec un beaux soleil matinal ,a une prochaine très vite!!!!

Convient pour 1 nuits

The worst place I have ever and will ever stay at. First impression I went in to the receptionist and tried to check in he took my ID and then signalled for me to move over so he could check the French people in behind me, completely rude. He then signalled me back over and told me my room wasn’t ready and I had to walk 8 minutes to a different apartment building. I went to this room and the second I entered was overwhelmed by the smell of cigarette smoke. I literally could not breathe for it, I tried opening the windows but the people downstairs were smoking so this just made the room smell worse. I went back to the reception and told him I could not stay in this room. He gave me another room card which was for a room in the hotel I actually booked. This room was small but functional, the lack of cleanliness was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. The floors, toilet, shower and sink were absolutely filthy. The loud creaking of the stairs and banging of doors could be heard all night long keeping me awake. The next night I was ready for bed at around 11pm and the fire alarm went off, I went downstairs to the receptionist sat with earphones in looking at me like I was crazy for asking what was going on, no customer service skills whatsoever. There is so much more that I can’t fit into this review but basically DO NOT STAY HERE, my clothing still smells from the mixture of smoke, damp and filthy smells in the room. AVOID!!

Grand manque d'hygiène, le ménage n'a pas été fait, en arrivant on a trouvé le sol très sale plein de cheveux sur le matelas, concernant les serviettes il y avait des tâches de sang sur une de leur serviette, l'évier de la salle de bain bouché, le personnel de l'accueil irrespectueux dès qu'on lui pose une question dialogue de sourd, ils nous ont fait payer la taxe en ligne sur le site et sur place ils nous ont demandé de payer à nouveau la taxe, et le soir il y a beaucoup de bruit. C'est un hôtel à fuir !

Les draps sentaient le détergent. Les murs et fenêtres sales. Pas de savon pour laver les mains dans la salle de bain.

Un accueil déplorable. Arrivée tardive à l'hôtel suite à un retard SNCF, j'ai appelé l'hôtel pour les prévenir, on m'a indiqué qu'il n'y aurait pas de soucis car la réception est ouverte 24h/24H. Au final arrivée devant l'hôtel ; porte close et personne à la réception !!! Attendue plus d'une demi-heure dans le froid car la personne en poste était je cite "parti acheter des cigarettes". Personnel absolument désagréable et non-professionnel. Chambre sale et non isolée. Bref je déconseille.

Un hotel agréable, confortable bien située, c'est toujours un plaisir d'y séjourner

Hotel propre ,tres bien équipé, confortable bien siitue enn centre-ville, tout a côté resto bar ,marché,lidi just en face ,tout pour passer un agréable séjour, j'adore !!!

Hotel que j'ai l'habitude de séjourner, bien situe en centre ville,bien équipée,je me sent bien !

Error en fecha seleccionada. Al minuto reconocí mi error, y contacté con ellos. Respuesta: se siente!!!! En fin, es lo que hay.

Franchement,,super responsable de l'hôtel, iil e surclasse a chaque fois ! Pour le prix d,une chambre j'ai eu un appart dans une résidence appartenant a l'hotel super bien situe commerces, magasins, vous êtes en plein centre-ville ,le capitole a 4 minute a pied svp J'adore et j'ai recomande et encore merci au responsable de l'hotel a tres vite !!!
