For a four star hotel it left a lot to be desired. Staff on the whole uninterested. Carpet on the third floor appeared to have several disgusting stains. The bar and reception only manned by one member of staff which lead to obtaining a drink or service from the bar rather difficult. To cap it all after a meal in the restaurant I woke up violently sick with food poisoning! Nothing to recommend.

La nuit est agréable quand on peut accéder à sa chambre. En effet nous avons attendu plus de 20 min avant de réussir à nous faire ouvrir le portail en rentrant de notre soirée. D’autre part à notre arrivée on nous a renseigné sur les chambres d’amis en nous donnant les mauvais numéros de chambre. Le personnel à la réception manque sans doute de formation ou de motivation ?

Was expecting significantly better from a 4 star hotel. There were huge cobwebs in the corners of the rooms, the shelves in the wardrobe were covered in dust, the shower head was mouldy and the inside of the mini-fridge was also moudly. We asked for a different room, which was slightly better but still had similar cleanliness issues. One night we arrived back to the hotel around 4 am and found the main gates closed and nobody answering the door bell. We tried to call the reception's phone number which seemed to be off service as well. Eventually someone came by who also tried to enter and was willing to climb over the fence to alert someone at the reception to open the gates. When we entered the reception nobody was around to explain the situation.
