Staff was so nice

Es war so schön!!! Die Rezeptionistin Emma war unglaublich süß und hilfsbereit. Man fühlt sich von der ersten Sekunde an- wie daheim :) Die Betten sind ein Traum und die Zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Innenhof ist einfach zuckersüß und es ist so ruhig beim Schlafen. In ein paar Min ist man zu Fuß beim Bahnhof und in 10 Gehminuten mitten in der Stadt. Auch zum Meer ist es nicht weit. Ich war schon mal in Nizza. Doch wenn ich wieder komme- dann nur in dieses kleine, liebe Hotel Durante 💕

Our stay was short and sweet. The reception staff were friendly and very helpful and gave us good recommendations for the little time we spent in Nice. I would happily stay here again. It was quiet, tucked away and a 15/20 min walk to the seafront. There are free croissants, infused water and coffee's in the reception area too, which was a nice touch. It's close to the train station so that was handy! :) x

Chloe was exceptional. Helpful and patient.

The room was very spacious as we enjoyed a corner room. The door locks were digital and were easy to operate. The shower had great water pressure and I liked the fact that the toilet was separate from the shower room across from each other in the room. There was plenty of room for luggage and closets for clothes. The staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a small hotel tucked at the back of the street. So you need to pull your luggage for about 200 feet to get to the hotel from the street. The room is very small but clean. It appears the rooms were renovated from an old building. The location is good, close to the train station. It’s relatively expensive. We paid $250 per night. Breakfast cost $20 pp. We didn’t eat breakfast there, as there are better choices nearby.

First be advised that to get to this Beautique hotel you must enter entrance of Code’Azur hotel. You will not see Maison Durante from the one way street. Chloe was outstanding! She welcomed us and help finding a parking. We had to pay for two parking slots since parking is not easy on this place ( at least has a parking!). This place is not easy for people with moving difficulties. There are many stairs although once inside there is a small elevator to the second floor. For breakfast you can order a la carte many things and everything was cooked well. It is a clean hotel.

The property has a lot of stairs. A couple of very steep ones to get inside, and many within the building, depending on where your room is. My room smelt of drains. I brought this to the attention of the staff but I guess they couldn't do anything about it, as the smell remained. Generally, the staff were lovely and helpful.

Since we booked 5 nights, we were given 1day breakfast for free.

The Maison Durante was the perfect find in Nice. We came here after spending our first 4 nights in Cannes. The property was a quick walk about 2 blocks from the Nice Ville train. The hotel was exactly what I was looking for; a true French boutique. There is a courtyard with wrought iron table and chairs and trees for shade which is the perfect place for your early morning coffee. The hotel offers made-to-order breakfast but we already had outside reservations for our 2 nights in Nice. The room was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was also wonderful and was proactive in making sure we had all the information we needed for arriving from Cannes and for our plans for the rest of our Riviera holiday. The location was convenient, close to the train and trams yet an easy 15 minute walk to the beach and other sights. Overall, a lovely stay and I would absolutely book here again.

Mycket fräscht hotell med en egen liten oas mitt i Nice

I had an overall good stay at Maison Durante. The property coordinated my check in on WhatsApp to make the process a breeze. The room was clean and nice and the location was very convenient. My only complaint is an odor in the bathroom, not sure if it was due to facilities condition or improper cleaning.

The shower pressure was great and easy to use, and I liked that slippers were available.

I chose this hotel to be close to the train and stayed for one night. Julie greeted me at Frontdesk and was amazing from start to finish. She held my baggage before check-in and I was able to take a trip and come back before check-in. The hotel itself is very beautiful and very secure and safe. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in and the checkout was seamless as well. All the Frontdesk stuff were super kind and helpful and I loved my stay here and highly recommend this hotel

This is a great place to stay. We had booked two suits for the adults kids and us and they are spaced for France and clean. The breakfast selection was just right and getting free sparkling drinking water as much as you need, was highly appreciated during the hot days. Staff is outstanding in sevice and advices and the check in was quick. Can highly recommend this place and would stay again. Close to train station if needed and only a short 15 min walk to the flower market and the beach. Room cleaning and any communication was easily done via WhatsApp.
