Zentral in Nizza gelegen. Man erreicht fußläufig alles. Super nettes Personal, schön und liebevoll eingerichtet Zimmer. Parkplatz zu reservieren kann ich nur empfehlen. Parkplatz in Nizza ist Mangelware.

It was a pleasant stay. Staff are really kind and the location is good, particularly if you plan to travel by train.

Great location for transport or walking distance to shopping or main areas, rooms are not made up every day unless you make a request, this was never an issue communicated thru WhatsApp

Really enjoyed our stay at Maison Durante. Spacious room which overlooked the patio. Staff were friendly, showing us to our room. Closely located to the station which is an easy hub to get to other towns and villages nearby. Also relatively short walk to the promenade. Would recommend dining at Voyageur Nissart and stopping by Mariass 1901 for a coffee.

This was my worst hotel experience ever. It was so bad that I had to cancel my reservation and find another place to stay. I wish I had the option to give a negative star rating. We had reserved two suite rooms and were assigned to Rooms 16 and 31. Both rooms felt damp, unclean and outdated, with AC units that didn’t cool properly, and low water pressure. Room 31 – This was an absolute nightmare. It was extremely humid, and the AC didn’t cool at all. The staff brought us two fans, but they didn’t help. Opening the window wasn’t an option because many mosquitoes would fly in. There was black mold on the ceiling and in the bathroom, a cracked wall, and a dirty rug. The room was so warm and damp that we were sweating as if we’d been swimming. It was simply unacceptable. Room 16 – It was slightly more acceptable since it’s on the second floor. However, you have to open the window to avoid sweating, which means dealing with a lot of mosquito bites. The door lock was either extremely complicated or just broken—we got stuck in the room three times and had to ask staff to unlock it for us from the outside. The hotel itself is old and rundown. The staff tried to be helpful, but they couldn’t compensate for the poor condition of the hotel. Both my family and I ended up with numerous mosquito bites. It’s hard to understand how other visitors could give this place a 4-5 star rating. The only good thing is the location is great, but you can totally find other way better options than

Great location next to the train. A bit of a walk to the promenade but it gives you a nice chance to explore beautiful Nice. My only concern was housekeeping. They only clean your room before 11 upon request. I’ve stayed many times in France and didn’t have this issue. Lots of food options around the area and a market a few blocks down the street.

Everything is great! Staff is so friendly and welcoming, room is spacious and clean and cozy. Breakfast is good with no hot food though. Cheese, ham, pastry, boiled eggs, cereal, milk, coffee, tea, fruits all fresh and delicious. Train station just few minutes walk. Beach 15 mins walk. Great option to stay in Nice. Highly recommended!

Près de la gare et du tram le personnel est très gentil espace vert pour prendre le déjeuner ou un petit 5à7 On se rend facilement à la plage 15 minutes de marche environ et 12 minutes du centre-ville et d’une multitude de restaurant et pas besoins de traîner de clé car code électronique sur les portes Petit point négatif pas de frigo ds la chambre qui est somme toute petite et air climatisé qui peine à prendre le dessus due à la température très chaude en juillet si on ferme les rideaux la chambre reste quand même assez fraîche Autrement tout était bien sécuritaire et tranquille Merci maison Durante

A beautiful, well decorated and perfectly located hotel. Staff were very kind and helpful, the location was in the centre of Nice but in a quiet area. We based ourselves in Nice to go to other parts of the riviera and it couldn’t have been better located for this. Thank you for a beautiful stay! Really recommend ☺️
