This is not a hotel, but laxusuary type of AB?B. Should not use a word Hotel. Breakfast was not delivered one day. Also, taste was bad. Everything is cold and not worthwhile asking. Delivery time is also limited. One curtain is missing in living room. So noisy area, good to hang around, but not a quiet at all.

Little confusion at check in because the address is not same shown in the web site. Lest is almost perfect

The main reason to stay here was that this hotel has a nice fancy bathtub. However, some rooms are close to each other so that you can hear the voices and footsteps. One other problem was that there are no desks at the place you stay. So I went to the office to solve my problems. The staff were very nice and kind. Overall, I had a very nice stay at Mi Hotel.

Attention, l'adresse mentionnée dans l'annonce n'est pas celle de la suite. Je m'en suis rendue compte quand j'ai reçu les instructions pour accéder à la suite, je l'ai mentionné au téléphone à mon interlocutrice qui m'a uniquement proposé d'annuler la réservation, pas possible à 2 jours de ma venue. Réaction très décevante qui ne témoigne d'aucune remise en question de l'hôte. La suite est très belle, mais les VMC dans la salle de bain et dans la chambre sont très bruyantes, si bien qu'il n'est pas possible de dormir sans boule quies : dommage car le quartier est calme ! Les volets de la chambre ne fonctionnent pas.

Comme d'habitude tout était parfait

Je n'avais pas compris que ce n'était pas un hotel normal : pas de réception, juste des codes reçus par internet avant. Cela rend l'expérience un peu impersonnelle. Ceci dit, l'appartement était très beau, avec une belle déco, des meubles de goût. J'ai passé un moment très agréable.

Our American family of four traveled from EuroDisney to Lyon and stayed in the Vertigo Suite at Mihotel and wow, what a gem! The moment we walked in, my kids exclaimed, “This is the best hotel room ever!” My wife was equally amazed and joked that she wanted to come back — but next time, without the kids. The suite is simply breathtaking: nearly 4-meter ceilings, beautiful ornate wall paneling, original hardwood floors, and a one-bedroom layout that feels straight out of Architectural Digest. The master bed and pull-out couch were both very comfortable, the shower pressure was excellent, and the freestanding bathtub was pure luxury. The modern kitchen was stylish, well-equipped, and perfect for a family stay. We’ve stayed in many hotels across Europe, but this one truly stands out for its design, comfort, and atmosphere. Highly, highly recommend Mihotel and the Vertigo Suite!

Très belle chambre spacieuse

This was the loveliest hotel that we stayed in on our European vacation, clean and modern. I would recommend MiHotel to anyone staying in the Lyon area

The suites is very good. The service and response from the MiHotel team is terrible. No response at all!!!! From start to finish. Except when they ask for payment.

This is the coolest hotel I've ever stayed in. We loved it. Huge space w kitchen, in a secure courtyard, near transit and in a very walkable area. Not a typical hotel but several suites in different areas. Cleaning staff were friendly and immediately helpful.

Great location in Lyon, with many options for dining and the like. Quiet neighborhood but close to main areas. We have mixed reviews about this place. There is no front desk, so all booking information and payment has to be handled via the internet. We had difficulty in verification in paying for the booking. I did speak with a representative and confirmed booking via Mastercard - however they booked using the Visa card which I did not want to do. Also beware that the allowed arrival time was not until 5 pm, which was problematic with no flexibility whatsoever. Cleaning service was provided but never before 4 pm which was also problematic as we went out during the day, and then came back to rest up before dinner. The accommodation is on the American first floor in an old building - there was no light in the stairwell at night. With all of that said, we would consider staying here again.

The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. The property was breathtaking from the interior. I felt like royalty. The surrounding area was beautiful. The Teneo Restaurant was amazing. Too bad the business in the corner was shut down. Perhaps this hotel can open one under its own name.

Very dangerous access to entry to room and to the bathroom facilities. Accidents waiting to happen. Lighting was erratic. Remote controls didn’t work. Convenience and comfort were not there.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. I had been double booked in my original room so I was upgraded to a fantastic room. Wonderful stay, highly recommend.
