スタッフが親切であり、施設もきれいだった。

大きなベッドに大きくてきれいな部屋。きれいな建物。 シャワーとトイレは珍しく別。ただし、シャワーを出るとそこはもう部屋です。壁がないので丸見えです。 シャワーの湯量は良かったです。 フロントの対応も良かったです。

Litt slitt hotell. Står i bookingen at det er spa, men det er et lite rom med en badstue nesten uten varme, dette må man også betale ekstra for. Hyggelig personale, og OK frokost (men du får bedre frokost ute på café).

Choco from recepción was very kind and very good attention. Their was enother lady from recepción who didnt attend our need. We checked in 3 persons. So we asked her for enother bottle of water. It was 10pm. She didnt wanted to give us any. Even when we asked to pay for it.

Zum Frühstuck kommt kalter Kaffe aus der Maschine . Die Umgebung stimmung bei Frühstuck ist nicht toll er massen abfertigung.

Haben extra ein Hotel mit Tiefgarage gebucht. Leider war nichts mehr frei was sehr ärgerlich war. Zimmer sind oberflächlich sauber. Leider wurden die Glastüren zum Bad nicht geputzt (Abdrücke waren sichtbar). Das Kopfteil war ebenfalls nicht sauber und auf dem Laken waren Haare. Frühstück war okay, es gibt vegane Optionen.

No air conditioning

Room was clean, staff great, but AC didn’t work. Was unfortunate.

Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel. I was there at the end of August and it was hot. On check-in, I asked for a quiet room away from elevators and preferably at the end of a corridor. I asked twice and the woman ensured me the room would be quiet. Upon arriving at the room, I found it at the beginning of a very long corridor with lots of rooms after it, which meant a lot of people would be walking by at all hours. In addition, the room was hot, the air conditioning didn’t work, the fan for the air conditioning made a very loud noise, and the light in the entrance didn’t work. When I tried to call the front desk and housekeeping to report the problems, I found the phone didn’t work either. When I walked back to the front desk, I had to wait 10 minutes to be served (I waited 10-15 minutes every time I went to the front desk). They did give me a new upgraded room but their attitude was surly and there were no apologies or offer to help with my very heavy luggage. When I trekked to the new room, I found the key didn’t work, so had to return to the front desk, again carrying my very heavy luggage. Then, I waited for 10 min to get a new key. Again, no apologies or offers to help with my luggage. When I got into the room, the air conditioning barely worked. I complained and they said they would come but then never did. They gave me a free drink but I’d rather have had aircon. I asked several people in the hotel if their aircon worked and was told “barely” by all of them.

Single beds rather than the double requested and air con that managed to be both noisy and not work Do not a vey comfortable stay For the money there are better options
