ホテルに問題はありません 周辺のレストランも美味しい店が多いです。 ただ、レストラン以外に行くところがありません。

スタッフの対応がよかった 景色もいい

　ホテルは噂どおりのもので快適な3日間を過ごしました。 驚いたのは、ホテル内にあるレストラン！　①「焼き鳥」のメニューに、豚や牛肉が入っている　②「焼き鳥」メニューから①以外の「焼き鳥」を頼みました。どうやら、電子レンジでチンしただけのものが出されました。お皿事チンをした様子？ お皿を手にして火傷しました。「お皿が熱いです」というような注意はありませんでした。　 レストラン以外は満点以上のホテル。駐車場も近いに完備されており安心して駐車しました。

Great location nice hotel

Excelente lugar, muy bonito la alberca y áreas verdes. El desayuno estaba sabroso y el personal fue amable..

Great breakfast included, prepared fresh from limited menu. Nice bedding, good bed, bottled water replaced each day. Staff helpful and pleasant but seldom understand any English. Nice pool. Pleasant sitting areas overlooking lake Peten, however constant ‘mariache’ style music too loud all evening, made this less than pleasing. Short walk to shops, buses, tuck-tucks, boats. Nice stay but wouldn’t return to this country.

The room is very small, towels have holes and are not white. Bathroom is extra small, staff is ok many people not doing nothing. Breakfast is ok, not variety options, hot tub is not hot and pool is open very late in the morning. The place is not good for resting, noise of bars until 1am and there are pigeons living in the roof or something. Very cute style but I would say this is a $50 at most hotel

Internet does not exist anywhere other than the lobby, although staff continues to say "keep trying". Miserable room design, and terrible bathroom fixtures. But the worst is the loud thumping of music from nearby bars. Ask for extra pillows to put over your head.

This has to be the best place in Flores

Excellent: staff and view Good: breakfast was good and a small packed lunch was provided instead when we did Tikal one morning. Not so good: The rooms are dated. We felt like we needed chiro adjustments after using the pillows for a few nights. The water smelled like sulphur and the room felt very musty.

Amazing breakfast, very clean amenities, housekeeper was regular and great. 10/10 will be back exactly here. Also this hotel is on the perfect location on this island from all activities you would wanna do.

Hotels.com provides false info. They offered an apartment seemingy in the hotel when in reality it is accross the street on a busy, stinky road. The first apt offered was on the ground floor and looked like a prison cell. I refused and they showed me the first floor, just a bit better. NO windows, just some 'port holes' in the door. A couch that was totally worn through and that for $160Cad a night. No lake view just noise and exhaust fumes. Breakfast and staff were good. Definately don't book the 'apartment' unless you enjoy choking on fumes and car traffic. What a rip off!

Beautiful location to stay in Flores! The pool is top notch and the sunset views are amazing every night! Highly recommended this place!

Terrible and stressful experience. Skip this hotel!! The shuttle pick up from airport NEVER showed despite confiming pick up date and time a week and a half in advance. Front desk lady named Gilma Lamora was incredibly rude. She messaged me in all caps about the shuttle arriving 40 minutes after the pick up time. I had to catch another company shuttle to avoid being stranded at the airport late at night (no uber or taxi). When I arrived, I showed her the confirmation of my shuttle appointment in WhatsApp, and she just mumbled to herself and did not apologize. No reimbursement for the shuttle I had to pay out of pocket for either. Gilma ignored me when I tried to check in and get my keys, and proceeded to help other guests behind me. She was wrong about the number of nights I had booked as well. When I finally got my keys she refused to explain how to get to my room. Gilma, you should be ashamed of yourself and not work in hospitality!! It was another battle with Gilma to get her to agree to call my return shuttle to the airport at the time agreed upon a week and a half ago in WhatsApp. I had to insist ar least three times. Zero integrity or accounability. Wifi never worked (doesn't match names or passwords on hand out information). For rooms facing the pool, it is very loud at night. The rooms are pretty crappy too, but it works for an overnight stay to visit Tikal.
