言うことありませんでした。客室が少ないため、全体的に静かで、一泊のみでしたがゆっくりとリラックスできました。時計台が近いため、観光・買い物にはとても便利です。

中央公園に近くとても便利なロケーションでした。 部屋数が7と言うのもコンパクトできめ細やかなサービスが行き届き、サイズ感がとても気に入りました。次回もこのホテルを予約したいと思います。

アンティグアの中心、時計台のすぐそば。賑やかなメイン通りからすぐの便利な立地だが、ホテル内はとても静かで落ち着いた雰囲気。また利用したい。

Good location and great staff

El hotel, servicio al cliente, las atenciones, amenidades, en fin todo fue perfrcto. Cuentan con una excelente ubicación. El staff fue muy amable e inclusive, tuvimos un tour que nos buscaban muy temprano y al comentarle a uno de los managers que si había algo abierto antes de las 6am, él sin reparos dijo que nos dejaría emparedados y frutas preparadas. Y ya a las 5:30 am, teníamos café en la habotación. Fue una hermosa experiencia.

My stay at the Hotel San Rafael was absolutely incredible. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and truly taken care of. The hotel perfectly captures the charm and beauty of Antigua with its colonial architecture, peaceful courtyards, and elegant atmosphere. The rooms were beautifully maintained, comfortable, and full of character while still offering modern comforts. The attention to detail throughout the property really stood out and made the experience feel very special. One of the highlights was the location — close enough to enjoy everything Antigua has to offer, yet quiet and relaxing at night. The service was exceptional across the board, and every staff member was friendly, attentive, and professional. If you are looking for a boutique hotel experience with charm, comfort, and outstanding hospitality in Antigua, I highly recommend Hotel San Rafael. I would absolutely stay here again.

I could stay here forever. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. The room was perfect and the garden area made you not want to leave. Breakfast included abd delicious. I got up early and had coffee and then came back later for breakfast with my husband. There are only seven rooms so it’s just such a nice atmosphere. Location was great!

Perdi mi dinero, no me quede en el hotel, el personal que atiende es una vergüenza. Somos una pareja de personas mayores, que debia caminar 3 cuadras en las calles de piedra de Antigua jalando se equipaje, porque no tienen parqueo propio, ese no es problema, el problema es que si usted pide ayuda, olvidelo, haga lo que hacen todos, si quiere, como me dijeron... y si no, como uste prefiera.... ASI QUE SI USTED QUIERE UNA PESIMA EXPERIENCIA VAYA A ESTE HOTEL. Mi esposo y yo preferimos perder el costo de la reservación, -que no es barato- a lidiar con esta gente. ASI QUE, YA LO SABE... POR MI PARTE NO LO RECOMIENDO!

The best! Second visit here and loved it. Location is excellent. Staff is so helpful and friendly. Breakfast is awesome! Rooms are large, clean, and beds are very comfortable. We will be back next year! Thanks San Rafael! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a very good experience staying at Hotel San Rafael in Antigua, Guatemala. The location is excellent,just steps from the Arco de Santa Catalina and perfectly situated for exploring the city on foot. The hotel is a small boutique property with only seven rooms, which gives it a quiet, intimate feel. There is a beautiful central courtyard where breakfast is served daily from 7:00–10:00 a.m., and it adds a lot of charm to the stay. We stayed in Suite Santa Rosa (Room 7), which is set away from the main courtyard next to a nice water feature. Rooms 6 and 7 are more private and removed from the breakfast area, which I appreciated. The other five rooms face the courtyard, and guests in those rooms may experience some morning noise during breakfast service. Our room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a particularly good bed. Housekeeping came daily, refreshed the room, and provided bottled water. The staff throughout our stay was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The complimentary breakfast was also very good and felt thoughtfully prepared. The only minor drawbacks were the lack of a refrigerator in the room and having to carry a traditional key on a large keychain. Neither issue significantly impacted our experience, though. Overall, Hotel San Rafael is a charming, well-located boutique hotel with attentive staff and a peaceful atmosphere. I would stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and centrally located stay in Antiga

Beautiful, relaxing hotel in the heart of Antigua's bustling center. Attentive, lovely staff who attended to our needs.Breakfasts daily were uniformly wonderful, prepared by a chef who made spectacularly perfect over easy(and scrambled and hardboiled )eggs daily.The hotel's location is also wonderfully central to the city, but if you don't want to walk Antigua's irregular sidewalks or cobblestoned streets. an uber will get you anywhere in the city for $3 or less.
