イビス高知シティセンター

初めてのインド。最初の一夜は気持ち良くすごせました. IＲへのアクセスや、列車の便も詳しく調べてくれましたね。列車の駅が行く先によって異なることしりました。他の女性レセプションスタッフは、全く間違いだらけで、ホテルが言うような、シティーエキスパートとは、程遠いです。

ヨーロッパのibisホテルほぼ同じサービスが受けられます。部屋は清潔で、問題なし。朝食も、メニュー豊富で美味しかった。近くにショッピングモールがあり、中にフードコートもあり。フォート・コーチンへのフェリー乗り場は歩いていける距離。

Nice rooms, very friendly and competent housekeeping and reception staff. One bad experience: we got take away coffee with soy milk from the restaurant and found that the milk was off. The. Ext day they had fresh soy milk but didn’t process the charge fast enough so when we checked out it wasn’t billed. After we left we got a call that Rs 430 or roughly USD 5.00 was due from us for which I should provide the credit card number. I refused, especially as we had paid for the spoilt coffee and no one offered us a free replacement.

Convenient place in town

Great staff and service but rooms were okay. Hotel needs some upping. There was a constant smell in the room. Location is good.

Everything was fine, only issue I felt was the cooling adjustments in the room, either its too cold or its hot, cant find a balance even trying multiple times.

Good property. Good place to stay. Location was good. Good food nearby and lot of shopping areas around. Only thing is staffs were good but could be little more friendly.

I will recommend my friends to stay here. The service and room was so good

1.front dest customer service was very poor 2.tv was not working in the room/no proper instructions to operate the remote 3.customer service call no proper response

The beds were worn out, felt like water beds too floaty. Pillows had body odor but were quickly changed when requested. Toilet bowl was on the small side.

Convenient location

I had a two nights stay at ibis Kochi City Centre Hotel. It is nearby (200mters) from a Metrostation MG Road. The room was quite small but I had only a cabin suitcase so I had no problem with the space. The bed was quite soft which I liked.The room was really well eqipped with a safebox, haidryer, waterboiler, water. It was also very clean. The beakfast was really good.

Friendly staff. It’s hard to reach someone by phone though.

It was good. Center of the city and had access to all amenities. Walking distance to wherever one wants to go.

Overall very good, there is scope for improvement for breakfast.
