朝食がとても素晴らしい

ジムが広く機器も最新で充実しています。部屋の広さ、空調など快適でした

有料ではありましたが、ホテルに依頼した空港ピックアップも希望の車種まで確認して頂き、ホテル滞在もとても満足のいくものだった。予算が許せば、是非利用されることをお勧めします。

とても満足です、 個人的にはベットは硬め方が好みで、 もしベットは硬めであれば100％と満足度である。

従業員はみな素晴らしい対応でした。もう少しコンシェルジュが親切だとパーフェクトです。

ウオッシュレットがついていた。空港アクセスも良い。

Exceptional professional customer service via online when I booked airport pick-up for my manager who stayed at the hotel. My manager and a colleague of mine were in Bangalore for around 24h only but they told me how pleasant stay at the hotel was.

従業員が男女を問わず大変親切に、また丁寧に接してくれて気持ちが良い。ハウスキーピングの女性もとても礼儀正しい。 朝食の多様性、選択肢の多彩さもおすすめ。

全てが国際水準で快適。インドの殆どの5スターホテルも朝食はインド料理中心で食べるものが無いのだが、ここはインターナショナルな朝食でインド料理が片隅追いやられており楽しく朝食が取れた。

到着が深夜で子どもが寝てしまっていたのですが、チェックイン処理中に部屋に通してもらえました。お部屋も綺麗でした。歩いて行ける距離にバンガロール宮殿があり、避暑地の雰囲気を満喫できました。スパが遅い時間まで開いているのも良かったです。サンデーブランチがご飯も子ども向けのイベントも充実していて満足できました。スタッフもすぐに顔を覚えてくれて快適な滞在ができました。

A huge thank you to everyone who made my birthday stay so special! Veeru, the room decorations were stunning—you went above and beyond to create such a festive and welcoming atmosphere. It was a wonderful surprise. I also want to shout out Amit and Adanee at breakfast. You both made our mornings so easy and enjoyable by taking such great care of our orders. We really felt pampered!

The ambience is very bad

Best rooms and breakfast.

AC was not working when I checked in. Staff at reception were not welcoming. No information on hotel amenities, restaurants etc were provided. Overall disappointing.

Staff exceedingly polite and caring. Great room for the price - world class is not an exaggeration.

Came to Bangalore as a city stop as we went somewhere else before this. We stayed 4 nights but did not actually go out. The hotel’s food was really good, healthy and a good variety. We tried all restaurants. The Chinese and Indian restaurants were the best. I would say maybe the Japanese and Italian food were good for Indian standards, but as someone who has lived in Italy and love Japanese food, those restaurants were not really good, noodles/ pasta were over cooked and there weren’t the Italian and Japanese flavour required. The rooms were comfy and plenty of things to watch on tv. We were in the 16th floor sos did not really hear the traffic. All staff were very nice, especially Muskan from b Cafe, she really took care of us

Everything was fine except this one staff at break on the 28th when I was going for an omelette, I stood there for 5mins while he ignored me and served others. Not sure if this was because I was brown and the others were white and Asian people. FYI- I am not Indian, but from Mauritius, so I have the same skin colour, but that doesn’t mean that I should get ignored, I paid the same amount as everyone else there. Anyways, other than that, everything else was fine

It is a very nice hotel.

I have given 3 stars for the following reasons: 1) when I first checked in, I asked to use the bathroom in the lobby. It smelled bad - I think the smell was coming from the sewer system. For a ‘5-star’ property, that is unacceptable. 2) When I checked-out, I asked for a printout of my receipt - essentially a piece of paper showing how much I was charged, and the fact that I had paid. Now mind you, although this was booked through Expedia, I chose to pay the hotel directly (the whole amount, in Rupees) when I checked-in. This should not have been a problem, but your front desk staff refused to print me a receipt. I stayed at the Taj Bangalore two days prior, and they were booked through Expedia as well, but they had no problem printing out a receipt for my records. 3) In general the service from the staff was not bad, however when I first checked-in, the man who checked me in, seemed to be somewhat patronizing in his behavior. I guess he just didn’t seem very professional and welcoming (not saying he didn’t smile, etc., just something about his attitude). Again, something I did not experience with the staff at the Taj.
