受付もポーターもみんな優しかったです。 部屋のアメニティーや設備も十分で、毎日水が4本ずつもらえます。 部屋のクリーニングはいらないと言うと、水の補充は必要ないかと確認してくれました。

２月に泊まりました。 一応それなりのホテルと思って行きましたが、残念なものでした。 シャワーにバスタブは無く、プラスチックのバケツと手桶、それにピンクの大きな椅子（気持ち悪くて座れませんでした）、シャワーカーテン。 タオル類も白が黄色っぽくなっており、また壁の一部は欠け、テレビはブラウン管。 1万２千円以上払いましたが、日本の５千円代のビジネスホテル以下、という感じです。 さらに夕飯より戻ってくると、何か部屋の雰囲気が違うと思ったら、カーテンが閉められていたりと、夕刻にも勝手にスタッフが入っているということでした。 厳しいコメントで恐縮ですが、もう二度と伺わないかと思います。

In need for some serious maintenance + upgrade Pros: - Very courteous and friendly staff - Decent breakfast spread / food - Comfortable and clean beds. Decently sized rooms - Superb location for access to all of Mumbai by train, metro, cab & bus. Walkable to major attractions. Cons: - Terrible state of bathrooms. No ventilation fans. BLACK MOLD in the shower. Woke up with headaches & insisted on changing rooms asap - Bathrooms are 2 levels higher than the floor in the room! Needed an additional stool to get in. Very Strange. - Room Tariff does not justify the dated rooms. I guess they charge for the location. Special mention to Mr.Naren for helping me out with change of rooms. Very kind and accommodating gentleman. Thank you sir.

This place is like going back in time yet being in the center of things in a bustling city. I wish I could have done more. I enjoyed the short time we had. The staff and services, dining and room service were great.

One of the old premier hotels that is showing its age. Could benefit from a facelift.

The management, staff at the front desk as well as the cleaning staff were very friendly, helpful and hospitable; I would recommend this property because of this anytime.

Excellent walkable location.

One of Mumbai's longest serving hotel and it feels a little past its best. The location, for me is just about the best in the city, but the well worn feel and less than cheery staff gave it a very 3 star feel, which for the price they charge is a little disappointing.

A good hotel in good area close to Marine Drive. Rooms we clean and comfortable and a good size. It is an older hotel with a bit of charm. Just near Churchgate railway station where some tours start or end. Plenty of restaurants or cafes close by. Only complaint was some rooms a bit musty, but they were happy to move us and shower in morning time sometimes was cold

We stayed for 6 days , had excellent experience. Rooms are very clean , Comfortable. Front desk , lobby staff, everyone one was super nice and helpful . Room service was excellent. Very fast . You get the 5 star service. Restaurant food was tasty . I want to thank every one special Sunjay Tiwali the food and beverage manager who went back and forth to make sure we are comfortable and receive the best service . Hotel is located in the best area , 50 feet from Marine . Walking distance to many bars, coffee and restaurants.
