無料送迎着きを予約し、エクスペディアサイトからメールでも依頼しまさたが、返事はなく、当日迎えもありませんでした スィートルームを使いましたが、お湯がぬるく熱くなりません 値段分の価値はないと思う 従業員は普通ですが、カウンターの対応は遅く、訓練が不十分です、しっかり運営しないと客は減るでしょう

No hot water in the shower, which had an annoying drip.

Charges for transport to airport is way too high.

This is an older property. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel then please find something else

Best place and staff with excellent service .

Check in was extremely disappointing, arrived in hotel at 9.10am, and requested early check in, I offered to pay for early hours, but was still asked to wait. Check in was eventually processed at 11.15am. Waiting two hours is subpar service. I will not suggest this hotel to any friend.

I booked the hotel as a day room until a midnight flight from Delhi, inadvertently selecting single occupancy which is my hotels.com default. I immediately realized and attempted to adjust but the booking was non refundable. I asked the check in staff to allow me to pay in the difference and they were unobliging. Hotel.com agent was phenomenal attempting to negotiate with the hotel on my behalf. They were adamant and eventually I paid in the difference directly to the hotel. An hour wasted in a lobby when all I wanted was rest. The lobby was probably the best place to be because when we got to the Premium King room it was filthy, has exactly 2 bath towels, no others. No gowns or slippers as advertised.The best part was the half roll of toilet paper, of which I did not even attempt to ask for more as I was still waiting for IT to come as promised to assist with the WIFI which never worked. This is certainly not a 4* Hotel as advertised

Room was fine, a little worn. Service was good, but barkeep needs training.

Positives - The overall stay was amazing at this hotel. Amazing morning breakfast buffet with incredibly service provided from Bhupender and Amit. Amazing pool, spa and fitness centre facilities. Negative - Even if your stay has been amazing the lady in black dress at the reception spoils your mood as their check in and check out service is totally unorganised and she has no idea what she is doing. First of all she made us wait for so long to figure out the check in and upon checking out was falsely charging for using 2 packs of buiscuits from the mini bar which wasn't there at the first place. They need to really be organised in their before and after room checks. Another drawback was they didn't have a first aid kit and even over the counter medicines which are readily available at every hotel. The lady at the reception said they are not allowed to give any medicines to guest due to health safety reasons but the housekeeping guy confirmed that the hotel had run out.of medicines lol another lie from the receptionist. Wifi issues are very common as you don't get internet quite often!

Buen hotel, muy tranquilo y buena comida. La única es que esta muy lejos de la ciudad y encontrar métodos de transporte puede ser costoso.

ไม่สามารถเดินทางสะดวก ไกลจากสถานีรถไฟฟ้า รถสาธารณะ ต้องมีรถส่วนตัว เรียกฮูเบอร์ค่อนข้างยาก แต่โรงแรมดีมากๆ อุปกรณ์อาบน้ำอาจจะเก่าไปหน่อย แต่ได้อยู่

It’s very old hotal and they new maintain. Room and washroom very dirt and old. Never go there. They charge me 18000 Indian rupees but it’s not worth even 500 Indian rupees. Staff is very good.

No response for the request raised to access television. No shower stall . Water sprinkled all over bathroom while taking bath wetting all bathroom.
